      As a peruvian you should know that there are many kinds of peruvian and nikkei ceviches (you should also know that here in latinamerica we have different ceviches: Perú, Chile, Mexico, Ecuador, etc).
      That said the problem are not the ingredients in any case. The problem is that this guy is a soberb and a complete ignorant, reason why many people don't follow him. Hi will never recognize he did anything but not a ceviche, no matter it is peruvian, nikkei, mexican, chilean, etc. He deleted my comment were I told him to be humble. These are not ceviche cuttings, this is not the method of preparing any kind of ceviche (marinate, minutes, temperature, steps, etc).

    • @malku65
      @malku65 10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@ChefMajk You are right! actually ceviche also has evolved. In The Americas they used to marinate it with acidic fruits not with lemon, onion or cilantro that came with the Spaniards, also they used to marinate fish for at least an hour but some place nowadays don't due to foreign cuisine influences (Japanese anyone). One of my favorite ceviches is tuna tartare and tuna tartare has olive oil, avocado, soy sauce and sesame seeds. Innovation is key.
