So helpful! I love how light in the bridle you stay you are. I hate getting on a horse who looks to hang on heavy contact to gt anything done. Can't wait to try some of this with my lease horse!
Great video with points of attention when riding a long and not so hot horse ! There are a lot of tips I very well can use in my training. Thanks a lot for another "how to" video; they are much appreciated and especially like the positive and simple attitude !
Thank you so much for the very clear words and showing it so clearly with Fabiola also. You have answered some of the questions I had floating around in my head such as - do I worry about my horse's frame right away or just start work and let the frame improve itself... And to clarify the half halt so well, showing the splitting of the aids and showing also the slow canter that you get if you don't put leg on. I would love to have a how to on - "improving jump in the canter" :) Thanks again guys
Fabiola is doing so well! So beautifully ridden Rob👏🏻. I love how relaxed she was throughout and as you asked more and more she just flowed into it. Very helpful to me with my horse to be reminded of these things or shown how to do it better, or how it is done👍🏻
Good morning Rob. Getting my horse fix this morning in California. Thoroughly enjoy your videos. You and Terri are such a pleasure to watch. Your English is so very good.
Hi Rob this was a really nice video you explained things so well and I must add you and Fabiola look fabulous as a team you really look great on her she’s beautiful I love her ladylike walk.tfs😎
I find it very impressive how clear and precise you communicate to her what you are wanting.. there‘s an old horse expression in England “tell a gelding , ask a mare , discuss with a stallion.” Does your precision work with all the horses in the same way, or do you have to adapt it?
Hi Tommie & Rob. HUGE fan of yours. I have a beautiful belgian warmblood by Parco. He is short coupled and has mainly showjumped. I'm trying to re-train him for dressage but it's difficult teaching him to lengthen. In the canter he prefers to bounce upwards rather than going forward and opening out his frame. His trot also starts of short and gradually opens out. Any tips for these type of horses?
First of all, Thnx !! Difficult to judge but it sounds like your horse is not thinking enough forward. Maybe try go forward on a cantertrack or in the woods for a while first ? If he goes forward more naturally it might be easier to make him more responsive to your leg
Leerzaam!
I really like her she walks like Naomi Campbell …. But better and sweeter bless 🙏🏾 ….. I like your breeches where are they from. Your bum looks good’ 😊 I would like to get some! 👍🏾
"Short in the back and not in the neck" 💪💪
We should put that line on a tile somewhere 😜
Great video! Lovely rider. Will be trying some of this on my mare 👌🏻
I really like your „how to“ Videos, very instructive. Thank´s for your precise explanation, I will explain it as precise to my Mare 🙃
Always nice to hear! Good luck with practicing 💪🏻
Incredibly addictive learning from you all

i watched this and then rode it on my 6 yr old.....fabulous training tool...worked really well with my boy.
Good video. Nice to see how this exercise can work from green to Grand Prix.
😁

Beautifully ridden. Thanks so much
Yes consistency and acknowledgment as a team gets the desire result...thank you Tommi
Since I'm no expert in horses or riding, this video (and alot of other how-to's) is amazing to me. And Rob, you make it look so easy.
😁

Marvelous!! :D
Great instruction. Do you use both legs or alternatively use of leg for more walk ?
I love this and it helped so much. Thanks you x
Love it.

Duidelijke uitleg!
really appreciate the windchimes

Every horse need his own approach but the principles stay the same
Heerlijk om naar te kijken, genieten. En superleerzaam. Wat voor zadel ligt er op Fabiola? 🦄🤍

Has She ever been Bred? She is really got the Talent! Beautiful Mare! Fairwinds!
Yes ! We have a great 3 year old Toto jr out of her now 🤗
Will be looking forward to the future! Fairwinds!
mooi paard en mooi en vriendelijk gereden
🤗👌🏻
I love how he didn't interfere with her head and how she carried herself. Can I just intern there for a year? 😅
Super gereden!
Dank je 😁
Where can I find the video on how to control the shoulder?
We have a How To Playlist
My goodness, what a beautiful animal. How old is she?
12 now 🤠
When you say slow with your seat what do you mean?
Like you ride a slower rhythm with your seat. Or with Rising Trot if that is easier for you
👍🎩
"When I give leg one time...." this is what Americans need to hear.
It's alright for them to foam up that way while working them and showing them as well.
Yea it's totally fine it means the horse's mouth is relaxed
🤩👍🏼
Wauww🤩

Animo Breeches 👌🏻
Too restrictive.
