For the battlefield boss, if you aim the shockwave away from the centre where the golden mobs are, it reduces a buff he gets called thirst for battle, which can stack. Each stack will be removed when he does a successful melee hit, aoe damaging the party, so the more stacks he gains the more damage overall. We found the best way was to group up and tank him on the edge of the room to bait the shockwaves towards the edges, which reduces the stacks or even negates the buff to himself entirely

one tip, the keeper mob at the start doing that 50% dmg reduction, it is good as a tank to stand in it as you gain dmg reduction i believe, i feel i saw the debuff on my character when i ran the instance, might open some possibilities to pull some giga trash count in one pull with the dr. i hope it is because it does sound fun!
So, on the Deios fight... You didn't mention it, but did they fix the potential overlap of 2 sets of orbs when transitioning from P2 - P3? (P1 is Pull through the 2 separate keepers. P2 is the pair of Keepers on the opposite end of the room. P3 is DPS race to finish the boss.) The problem came when; if you killed the P2 Keepers (triggering P3) while orbs are up, there is another set of orbs spawned when P3 starts, essentially requiring the group to try to soak and stagger 4 orbs instead of 2.
The part where you clear the sand @ 11:15 of the video, I haven't tried it, but I just thought of a possible strategy. See if you can send your pet through (if you have a pet class with) the sand and tank adds further away and have range kill them. That way you can clear a path from 2 sides; if this works, you can clear in half the time. IF it works.........you heard it here first!
@quaziiwow can we time pulling the trash so the bulwark spawns right before the maiden aoe pulse and we can use the bulwark to take less damage? Or is the cast sequence for these abilities random?
Muruzods Rize the desert part. What opens the portals? I thought killing all 4 Riftmages does the job, but we waited for ever while streamers seem to jump without waiting through the portals. Is it Morchie who needs to be free or just be near the portals maybe?
One thing that Vengeance DH can do on Morchi is just chains and misery all the mobs together to prevent the raid wide damage. Melee also doesn't have to be running around doing the mechanic, just CC them and they don't exist.
AT 14:17 you say "once you clear all the mobs" you can use the portal. After doing this dungeon many, many times, I'm still not sure exactly what opens the portals. I've read some places that it will open when all the time mages are dead. However, last time I did it and made sure they were all dead, it still did not open. Is it that just one of the portals (ie. the one leading to Morchie) will have chrome near and only that will open when you are there? And then you are free to use the other ones as soon as she says something to the effect of the portal is opened? All the guides are really fuzzy on this point.

Before Morchie, our group had all 3 DPS fall off the arena and a Mass Res going out. They would not press anything until the first Familiar Faces cast is finished. The DPS press Accept now and only the Tank and Healer had clones for the whole fight and the DPS clones would never spawn. Worth doing at the cost of around 30 seconds or not worth it / has it been fixed?
I haven't even done this yet on M+ and I already resent all the travel time and RP. Don't waste my time, Blizzard! Anyhoo, thanks much Quazii for the detailed walkthrough.
I dont like this megadungeon as M+ dungeon. To many enemys on the direct way that u get over count with 10%? or even more.... u have to much to walk w/o fights. And u have stupid RP to see every f... time u go in on M+. Both options are as an megadungeon great but just a fail as M+.
