I've watched Samurai Champloo several times, and the tone it sets with its characters and stories is indescribable. Wish they made anime like this nowadays, but you gotta weed through piles of crap to find the gems, and they're few and far between.

@@masacre_999 if you're looking for similar anime to Champloo, then I would suggest Afro Samurai, Baccano! Cowboy Bebop, maybe Michiko and Hatchin, I heard there's a new show on netflix called blue eyed samurai that's pretty dope too. That's all I can think of off the top of my head
