Esther's a tough broad, I mean she not only asks for everything extra spicy, but actually also eats the dishes extra spicy. It's not likea gimmick where someone just order really spicy food and suffer. Good job! :) Love this series.

I really liked that in this case it was more about enjoying a good spice. I feel like on the internet its all about withstanding the pain and recording it but thats not what real life is like. We enjoy spice and she did that well. Another element of Jeon that I really appreciated was her ability to talk about msg. It has such a stigma behind it but the reality is that its in more food than we think and its ok.
The funniest things are the staff hiding and handing water behind and to the side of the bar 😂 loved the episode so much I watched because of Somi but loved the whole team from chef to cameraman ❤

I've been to Rowdy Rooster and their chicken sandwiches are FIRE (maybe spice pun intended). If anyone is ever in NYC y'all should give it a go on your itinerary. Definitely keep a few Mango Lassi on hand; it does help and it's also delicious.
