It’s still nice to see children ride sandy as of today, i want to learn more history about the ride. Some parents can’t pay a few cents when only they could use a cent.
I stayed at a daycare in 1982 when I was 7 years old. The owners had purchased a used Sandy horse, probably from the early 60's if I had to guess, as it still used dimes instead of quarters. Really cool!
Good tactic no body thinks of all the extra money they spend on over priced consumer items when their kids are quiet for a minute and only a penny.........

My children love Sandy. We would try to have extra pennies for the children waiting. Exciting way to teach them to share.
