Avatar: The Last Airbender Piano Medley

- Appa! Yip yip! The live action remake gives me a great reason to do a piano medley for probably the best cartoon ever made. Such an incredible story, unmatched character development, with wonderful animation and creativity. Of and course, memorable music and themes that give you that dopamine hit!
I chose what themes to include in this medley from polling my subscribers! I think I included them all! Of course I took my creative liberties. With the Last Agni Kai and Aang Faces Ozai, I improvised a lot of the music, so they as true to the original soundtrack. There are some mistakes I wish I could redo, but that's the consequence of having a long medley and a hard deadline approaching with the show airing. Not to mention I'll be in Peru the following week. I really had to focus on getting this massive recording out on time, so my uploads have been absent for a couple of weeks.

Great medley, thank you for that. But I have some honest feedback coming from someone who actually learns with these videos. If the black and white keys are both marked with the same width, I cannot use the video to learn at all. This trend makes me so sad and it doesn't even look significantly better😢😢
There's a slight difference but i get what you mean

Great work man. Really loved the Agni Kai theme. It works so well on the piano with hour play style. Very sharp. So sharp it could puncture the hull of an empire-class fire nation battleship.

Currently rewatching ATLA and it's sooo good. Very glad you included leaves from the vine. Getting that silent towards the end of it really captures Iroh's quiet grief...

Me too, to tbh I completely made up the notes for the steel drums 😅 When I rewatch this vid I can see myself struggle trying to figure what to play next as I was pretty much improvising on the spot 😅😅 Some of those longer breaks I was racing to think what was next! 😬

I only recently found your channel via your Zelda videos, and found Erik (Piano Man)’s channel about the same time, and I didn’t realize yall interacted at all until I went back and watched some of your old videos. Your hand is so large !!!!! I practice every day but it's difficult because my hand is too tiny. Anyway, good work. The melody and emotion are respected and it's so beautiful. My favorite part is "Leaves From the Vine". I remember when i was young i cried when i heard it for the first time.

hey man, thanks for unlocking this forgotten memory of mine from avatar. I would also love to give a suggestion for a song to play. so there is an anime called 'Mashle: Magic and Muscles season 2' there is a piano played in the second episode at 17:46. I can't find this song anywhere so hopefully you'll be able to recreate it as much as possible. In the next episode there is another version of the song aswell.
Any chance you could do Sacred Grove from Twilight Princess? Or even a TP Medley maybe? 😁
I actually already did Sacred Grove, but it’s just named Lost Woods. And one day, years in the future once I get to it I am planning on a TP medley!
