- In this heartfelt episode of the Ori Lifestyle Inclusive Beauty podcast, we sit down with Princess Adeyinka, CEO of Happy Coffee Nigeria, and a childhood friend of mine to discuss the profound impact of stress and trauma on her hair health. Through an intimate and candid conversation, we explore her personal journey, shedding light on how emotional and psychological challenges have affected her hair over the years.

This is such a lovely and emotional podcast. This shouldn't be a one-off listening thing. It should be on repeat.
I will take my sleep seriously. No more staying awake past 10 pm, except I am on night duty or something
Titi this is everything 🎉🎉🎉🎉
I will vote for you, Princess Yinka. I have always said that I will not support a female presidential candidate in Nigeria. However, something about you has changed my mind.
This was a good one! Thanks for such an open, honest and authentic interview. You guys touched on so many raw points. I loved it!
Jesu 😢😢😢
The therapy conversation is essential and I see how your guest is a bit hesitant about the possibility of therapy which is understandable. We thankfully have tech to our so places like Betterhelp are a good place to start and also be aware that you may not find a match the first time. I also think access talk therapy for ALL is essential. Really good episode.
The essence of this conversation and why I call it a gift is that it opens our eyes to realise that internal turmoil exhibits in iur physical. As women we assimilate and internalise turmoil and it is important that we start to learn more about how to name trauma and seek the tools to heal from its effects. Lets continue to learn from each other ❤
