Thanks for commenting! It's an awesome model, and I had no idea until recently it was even tame-able until I saw a guildee with it and had to find it on Petopia lol.

@mikeyrodd4940 at the moment, no. Unless blizz lets you do cross faction quests, this model does not appear in any Alliance Accesible content. There are similar zombie dinosaurs, but this one is horde exclusive
