We have lived here since 1986 and raised our five grown kids here. I don't think any of us will ever leave Colorado, we love it so much. Hiking in Colorado is not for the faint of heart, and you can get into trouble very quickly with the weather and elevation. But the beauty is unsurpassed. Thanks for a great video of the state we all love so much! Come back again and see more! You could spend years here, as we have, and still find more special places every time. A lifetime of adventures!

By the way there's respectable cutthroat trout fly fishing in the Blue Lakes and amazing brown and rainbow trout fishing at the East Portal of the Gunnison where you were on the river.

There are plenty of beautiful areas in Florida, but completely different than Colorado. I'm a FL native that has lived in CO for 20 years, I miss the springs, beach and boating and fishing...
I was supposed to go on the Colorado on river rafting ,but he to cancel those plans ,when I found out about my first child .but but next year I'm going .

We went to all these places last year and now live 1hr from Sneffels. Amazing place indeed - God's creation is beautiful!
