I carry my surge everyday and have been wanting to put together something like this. You should check out country com they have a 1\4" wing but driver that would let you drive all your bits by hand and you can put the leatherman extension in it for when space is limited.
I don't understand why you have so many saw blades. There appeared to be some redundancy in the selection. I think I would opt for the full set of Leatherman flat bits (which I already have for use with my Supertool) instead of half of them with so many saws.

Is the pocket clip for your Surge loose when it is in the tool? I bought 2 Surges and 2 pocket clips. Both are loose the tools.the bottom portion of the clip will swing back and forth.

I have a very full Surge kit too. It is my favourite outdoors/bushcraft kit. But--the sheath is not holding up. And the Surge is a much-used took. So I am looking for a small pouch. Or better ideas. Surge is my most versatile MT, though my SwissTool Spirit is my best regular carry. I could live just those two.
For nylon pouch look up skinth pouches. For leather there are a few custom shops that make quality ones. Ivans leather on etsy or wolf wind leatherworks are my favorites
Daamn what a collection you have there. I'm looking into buying a multitool for my outdoor kit. I have a Swedish army framed rucksack which I will fill up with some gear for some bushcrafting trips in Europe. I want to use the multitool as an addition in case of (emergency) need/repairs. I don't mind about the price, but if you say a Gerber or Leatherman Wave would be more than sufficient plus a lot lighter and smaller I might go for that. too much unnecessary stuff , like all the extra saws , the extra bitholders , the clip and the eyehook ... I don't get it , I'm all for being prepared but why so much double stuff or stuff you're not going to use , it just makes your edc so much heavier than it needs to be .... btw I also have a Surge so I know what I'm talking about , if you need all that stuff on a daily basis , you should carry a toolbag with that in mind
this is awesome! untill you realise you will never carry 600 grams for edc. the drag outweights the benefit by far! if you say you will, you wont... becouse you need to carry a gun and a knife aswell, ( in the us ) you need to carry a wallet, keys, phone and then adding 600 grams of tools that you will use once a day tops ? maybe some tools more but dont tell me you use 300 tools a day becouse thats just youtube talk.

Where did you get this socket wrenches adapter?
I did it myself by machining the base of an 1/4" adapter socket so that it fits into the Leatherman driver.

It seems to me that this sheath has 5 storages (3 pockets + 2 slots) but, indeed, I see that this product is becoming increasingly rare.
too much unnecessary stuff , like all the extra saws , the extra bitholders , the clip and the eyehook ... I don't get it , I'm all for being prepared but why so much double stuff or stuff you're not going to use , it just makes your edc so much heavier than it needs to be .... btw I also have a Surge so I know what I'm talking about , if you need all that stuff on a daily basis , you should carry a toolbag with that in mind

this is awesome! untill you realise you will never carry 600 grams for edc. the drag outweights the benefit by far! if you say you will, you wont... becouse you need to carry a gun and a knife aswell, ( in the us ) you need to carry a wallet, keys, phone and then adding 600 grams of tools that you will use once a day tops ? maybe some tools more but dont tell me you use 300 tools a day becouse thats just youtube talk.
You're right, it's too heavy for people that sit and watch videos most of the day. There are some though that get things done and use tools like these all day long.

Ok, I don’t know how to react to this. I love my Leatherman Surge, however I don’t understand why you would spend so much to have more than one or two. At that point, wouldn’t it be better to get a full tool set or micro tools? Even I can except that the multi tool can’t replace an adjustable wrench, ratchet, or small hammer. For Christ sake, get an ugly fanny pack and build a set.
