Yes! Thank you, Lisbeth, for singing the praises of the wonderful and versatile blanket stitch, especially worked around in a circle. I have recently discovered how relaxing I find this very way of stitching. I am also grateful for your introducing me to Inktense blocks! What sold me was the fact that the fabric stays soft after dyeing. Just what I needed. Mange tak!
I am third generation American, my heritage is mostly German. I wonder if the stitching technique is cultural because I stitch the same way you do. I love your channel and I love your creativity. You’ve inspired me to do many things.
Well done it reminds me of a sunflower & a honeycomb nice work thanks for showing. Peter Scotland I hear you talk about your work in the past I work in the same field of work ❤ thanks again love making thinks .xx
It is wonderful ♥️! I love blanket stitch, it’s one of my favourites and I do it exactly like you do it (I’ve also have seen other ways, but that’s the one I prefer and it’s all the same stitch). Usually this kind of pattern reminds me of a spiderweb (which I love), but as you have put a centre piece, it reminds me of a flower 🌺! As always, your stitching is exquisite ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️ Have a wonderful weekend 🌺🌺🌺
Thank you, it is so nice just to sit down and let your thoughts go walk about and use your hand to stitch. Also one of my favorite stitches. And a nice weekend to you too.
This is so effective. The result is amazing. And so calming working round and round. Process, process, but I can’t help myself thinking two of these would make a great basis for a bag … 😂 Anyway, thank you 🙏 for sharing your ideas and for the inspiration ❤️
I love it. I made something very much the same this summer but did a brown and blue varigated floss on a black piece of cloth. My circle in the center is a hole filled with indigo dyed fabric.
Dear Lisbeth, I wonder how you find new ideas every time ❤ thank yoy ,marijke . I have so much plaesures from it every day 🎨🍀
I can’t really tell you, but my head is always working and popping with things I want to try. You’re welcome

Soooo much goodness 😊❤
Thanks 🙏
What a clever pun on the yarn's label! "Oliver Twists", referring the title of the Charles Sickens novel and the name of the woman who spun the yarn!
🙏
