Clarity of thought is all that you will need. All this nonsense about fillers etc. is pure BS. Take it from someone who has 18 years of corporate experience with multiple clients. I have worked with professionals who are not exceptional in speaking but are great leaders.

670 is already a good score for Great Lakes, why retake for 740?? With that score, he should have tried for HEC Paris or other foreign MBAs. Some even given scholarships for such scores.
U could have applied for ISB, any IIM, XLRI , SP JAIN with that score. Why would you go for Great Lakes which would have given you a call at anything above 600 ? 740 is a big score and with that score Great Lakes was not a smart choice bud.

Get some work ex. Do some side projects for an NGO. Start building your profile. Learn an extra language is you can. Your grades won’t matter in the end.
