I figured you wouldn't let a beautiful pattern like that slip by without a project to go with it! Love you mean it.

The stitch is beautiful, and I definitely wish that I could figure out how to Continental knit too, I have tried, but the only way I can get the stitches to work is the English style as well.

I am always fascinated by continental knitters. I can see how you can knit faster especially ssk which is different for English knitters. As a lefty who is used to holding the yarn on the right hand it was difficult for me to learn Continental knitting.❤

Hi Ivette, I actually do a alternative SSK creates the same left leaning decrease just faster and easier for me to do it this way. I must have forgot to explain that in this weeks video when I recorded it. So I have a question since you are a lefty , how well do you follow "left handed" aka flipped video tutorials? As I am ambidextrous and I find the flipped videos more confussing because its not the same as watching a true left handed video. Thank you so very much for you comment and for watching .

@@SpringTheFiberEnthusiast I have never watched a flipped left-handed knit tutorial. I'll be honest with you I've been knitting for so long I normally find a pattern and just go at it. I started crocheting earlier but I like making garments so I have usually knitted those and crocheted for household items. I started watching crochet podcasts about 1 year ago because I never felt confident with those. Now with those the flipped videos confused me at first because yarn overs always look backwards to me. I crochet right handed because my brain couldn't understand by watching my great aunts as a child. I also started teaching myself to crochet left-handed but now find that weird. Bottom line is I'm probably a very confused mess but it works for me.
