@@oak8728 Thank you! Luna is a three year old yellow lab. She is gentle and loving, except when it comes to delivery vehicles lol. Hope your having a pleasant evening!
Wife and I keep talking about one day moving to NZ to start a farm. Your videos always showcase the beauty of NZ so well. Great vid mate, glad to see you back.
good stuff dude! man those canals look so fun .. id love to see what thosewould do some cutty's/bulls/brooks .. i bet the bulls would be monsterous.. keep up the good work! tight lines.
Hmm may i suggest instead of reeling in the loose line just hit the front of the reel with the inside of your palm, tiny bit of practice and it's many times faster than reeling. I use it all the time when fishing for Atlantic salmon here in Norway. Exept that good vid as usual and welcome back.
Really love your videos! Watching your videos makes me want to visit New Zealand! I could only wish to catch the trout you do! Around our hone they don't get that big.
Awesome to see! Really rooting for that 100k for yah. I’m debating making a Nov-Dec trip when i take some time off work (working my ass off from this crazy wildfire season in BC Canada). I dream of catching a Brown one day, hopefully if I can get down there wander a few rivers and do just that!
Yeah, you guys are on my bucket list. Trout the size of Coho Salmon, All Blacks Rugby, and hell, I"d even visit that LoTR business. I even like your export beer. Gotta get down there.@@TroutHuntingNZ
I’d say for the most part we adhere to that. Remember some of the shots are 25%slowed down. Also I counted time for all fish in video just for you and there is bearly a fish over that. You need to read something else on how to chill . Subscribe to see how we handle fish in the future
You do realize the fish you catch are literally most people’s dream catches like even your average …. Where I live in the states a 20-30 inch trout is considered huge and 24inch is a citation
Hi, nice to see you back on the water. Believe it or not, you have been missed! Cheers mate. Harera

Gareth, glad your back. What is your guiding season. I would like to book for 2024. Thanks mate
24 closes in June but you really don’t want to come after april. Then reopens October. Probably best time is December-February

Yeah na I got it under control. I don’t like that method. But thanks heaps for watching mate

Awesome video.

Welcome back Gareth. What was the depth of that lake where you caught that brownie?
Was probably about 2 meters where that fish came from
But you did not use a sinktip, right?@@TroutHuntingNZ
Thanks!
HeyTravis thanks heaps mate 🤙
Man i'd love to tag along on a trip and fish with you guys...also that airport looked fimilar, suspiciously like Rotorua airport
"I don't think its very big..." as he lands what would be the biggest trout I've ever caught, by like, probably double, definitely x1.5.
Cheers mate glad you enjoyed it… I hope

How was the didimo? It's been troublesome in past years on that river.
Yeah it’s terrible 😞
What is that indicator you are using, the white fluffy thingy? New sub here 👍

Good mate cheers
Do you offer guide services?
Yeah mate email me trouthuntingnz@gmail.com
Absolutely over your channel man.
Need to read and follow latest NZ fishing recommendations, keep trout out of the water for no longer than 5 seconds.
