If anyone is looking for good spray bottles that produce super fine mists, hairspray bottles work really well. You can pick up a cheap bottle from the Dollar store and empty it, or just hit up your female friends and family members to see if they have any empty ones you can have. (Most of us have a few almost empty bottles laying around that we aren't using anymore.)
I tried to find those at my local dollar store and they didn’t have any! :( I was really hoping the ones I picked up would be a much finer spray than it was. Good call on the hairspray bottles my friend!
More awesome tips man, really enjoying learning how to make this stuff and add more skills to my toolset. Thanks bud ^^ I like that you add hindsight comments so we can all learn from mistakes ^^
Thank you my friend! I’m glad that I could help add to your toolset, I had never thought about doing a diorama because I didn’t think that my skills were good enough, but with as simple as it turned out to be I think I’ll be doing many more and will be able to add my own flair to it all! I’m glad that the comments help out, I try and make sure that everyone doesn’t make the same mistakes that I made lol
@@NotSoAverageBuilder To say I was surprised by how well it actually turned out would be an understatement, lol. I think my takeaway from the experience is that a huge part of it is just taking your time and being patient.

can you use this glue to add flocking to trees?
Yes, I used it to flock various items in dioramas. It dries completely clear and holds really well!

Thank you for this recipe. What is the dishsoap for? :)
It is an ingredient that helps break the surface tension to allow it to flow better.
I finished my diorama last night. It really is pretty crazy just how strong this scenic glue holds things down.
In case anyone is curious to see how mine turned out. pbs.twimg.com/media/EJsTaWXWoAAZ69B?format=jpg&name=medium
Similarly, this was also my first attempt at a diorama. So I love following you along, and just nodding at everything like, "Oh, yup."
Dude that diorama looks dope! You did an awesome job on it! You should be proud of that thing!

Does this formula turn yellow after a while if applied on white surface (snow scenery?
It hasn’t yet. As far as I know anyways lol
Can you use this glue underwater fish aquarium ornaments to fix sand & artificial grass?
That I am not sure of.
Why not just use the modge podge container to measure the water
You totally could do that
[ congrat. on youre marriage]
Thank you! Celebrating 5 years this year!
5:07 wet water 😂👍
You liked that didn’t ya lol
Does it stay tacky for a while?
I apologize for taking so long to reply. It does actually. I was able to use it for a good 10-15 minutes before it started really solidifying.
