- Mark and Bryan of TST Industries host a quick sound comparison episode of the Arrow Exhaust for the 2017+ Honda GROM. In this video, you can hear a precise sound reproduction of the stock exhaust, the Arrow system with a dB killer installed (makes it quieter), and the Arrow system without the dB killer. Along with high quality audio, you can also see decibel readings we acquired to give you an apples to apples comparison of the loudness of each setup.

Cool video, i've done testing between standard exhaust and a Zoom one, recorded the db level differently to you- from 1m away and at 90 degrees to the exhaust, standard level was 77db@idle and 87db@4k revs, the Zoom exhaust was 90db@idle and 100db@5k revs so way louder.
Made a baffle for the Zoom exhaust, dropped the noise levels down to 86db@idle and 96db@4k revs.
But for anyone looking at exhausts, even if they sound mellow and fairly quiet at idle or holding say 4k or 5k revs with a part open throttle, they are much much louder when the Grom is revved WOT and not as in these tests with the throttle held slightly open to keep engine at certain revs, so whenever you open the throttle accelerating on the roads most exhausts on this 125 are loud!
That arrow sounds great tho, wish all exhaust tests for the grom were this good.

After running into several issues with carrying Arrow exhausts, we decided to discontinue our partnership. This video was filmed and uploaded a little over a year ago and things can change from time to time. We may have 1 slightly used system up for grabs that we can sell at a discount if you were interested in making a purchase.

Unfortunately we don't have anything like that for the previous generation Grom. The 2017 MSX exhaust can be installed but requires modification. It will not be a direct bolt on.

what the best exhaust for the msx sf ? arrow or yoshimura?
It's tough to define what is best. That is a very subjective term. I like the Arrow we put on our shop bike. I also like the Yoshimura exhaust for this bike. They are equals to me.
I have both systems Arrow on mine and the Yoshi on my wife's . 2017 sf . Both set up with Chmera intakes PC5 with WB02 sensors. The Yoshi by far has more mid-range pretty much the same on top.
My exhaust doesnt get off, it also doesnt have the C plate holding it in

We have not severed our relTionship with Arrow. They are actually great people. We just decided not to sell the product anymore, and stick to American exhaust manufacturers. You may be able to find this exhaust at Superbike Unlimited.

Josh Crutchfield I don't know where you're getting 700 dollars. The one installed in the video is $546. There is a titanium option that brings the cost up but you don't have to opt for that.
