I encourage you to read the Bible and ask God to reveal who he is to you. Be careful because all those new age philosophies can open you up to the demonic. Jesus will give you true joy and real truth only comes from Him. It’s seems friendly but the devil can disguise himself as an angel of light. (2 Cor 11:14). God doesn’t want to find peace in ourselves. Jesus wants us to come to and give us true fulfillment. Here are some verses to encourage you. God bless and much love!
“See to it that no one takes you captive by philosophy and empty deceit, according to human tradition, according to the elemental spirits of the world, and not according to Christ.”
      Read 1 timothy 6:3
John 8:31-32: “To the Jews who had believed him, Jesus said, “If you hold to my teaching, you are really my disciples. 32 Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.”
John 14:6: “Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.”
“Then Jesus said, 'Come to me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest'” (Matthew 11:28)
