Iyanla Fix My Life was my free therapy this woman has so much wisdom
Yassss, I miss it sooooo much.
Bring it back please
Same. She literally fixed my life. So grateful for her and her teachings
AUNTY!!!! Don't you GO anywhere. You're a national treasure!!!! loved you for years.
YEEEESSSS!!! SPEAK ON IT!
what iyanla said about dmx soul and not fulfilling his purpose besides being a rapper etc that really gave me chills….
Nick, Brother you may not be hearing our sister. You have to heal yourself before you can speak about healing your brothers. I would suggest that you do a private healing with Sister Iyanla and then once you are more healed yourself, you will then be able to walk in your power to heal your brothers. When we stop being a part of this Matrix System and can walk in our power without hindrance, then and only then will we be able to be our True selves and serve our Divine purpose. Everything said, thank you my brother for your platform and thank you for bringing our sister to your audience. Love you my brother...
It’s definitely a little frustrating to listen to NIck Cannon because he tends to avoid discussing his own stuff in detail. He wants to be the voice for other people. You can’t carry other people’s problems if you don’t acknowledge your own. It’s like someone with a distorted view of themselves & others around them. In my opinion some of these celebrities are realizing people are going to hold them accountable.
Great platform & conversation but it’s still an emptiness at the end because it lack true focus & direction.
I absolutely LOVE Iyanla. She is so wise and down to earth. To be able to sit and with her is a true privilege!
I love that Nick talks to her AND listens as if he's talking to his mom. More people need these types of conversations
"Is it the mistake or the lack of acknowledgement..." after that comment there was so much Grace and Space given. This platform is extremely needed and should be amplified. Dr. Vanzant has a proven track record or embracing not only the black community but specifically black men and women who need and deserve the peace that comes from counseling.
I love this lady she will not sell her soul.
"I reserve comment!" Wisdom Words. Everything does not deserve a response. The best thing we can do is send healing energy.
As another Elder I can truly say…Nick has a very Good Spirit. I see it, and can feel it.
His purpose on Earth is yet to be revealed until its completion.
He's far too brilliant for Illyana...
@@damita4336I definitely disagree. He still has healing & learning to do
You cannot let your love for someone blind you to the work they need to do in their own life. It invalidates the hurt of the people violated by the person.
Love heals. Love teaches. Love doesn’t judge. If love leads you to see a person thoroughly, God has already done the work on the behalf of the past. There is no reason of love blinding if love is pure. It will reach. It is not our jobs to make sure. It is our job to lead and encompass it. It is not our job to validate anyone. Hurt in the last or present. More perspective for you
@@sunnyz4624 I’m not speaking of loving someone simply to love. I’m speaking upon the fact that we can love someone and let that love blind us to the fact that that person needs to do the work. Enabling hurts people because it doesn’t allow us to step back and let the person take accountability for their actions. It’s not judging to know that a person needs to do the work, that’s love.
Nicks body language says a lot. The seating situation is also interesting. He’s speaking to an Elder, our Elder. Sit up straight, focus. He has a nervous energy. It may not be a lack of respect, might just be she rocks his spirit and throws his “confident” energy off. Idk, could just be me 🤷🏽♀️
I noticed that as well.
Nick is very respectful. That's a wild conclusion. The dude is obviously uncomfortable as he is out here dicking down the free world which is something that only a really troubled unhealed person would do.
He doesn’t have to show respect, because men like him are coddled, hugged, praised by the community. They don’t receive any type of consequence, but **all the women** who comes in contact with with them… get the blame for the man’s behavior. She doesn’t have enough respect as an elder for him to straighten up and to look at her in the face because he’s the one that she will actually hug on a grand stage after he’s abused a woman, like she did Jonathan Majors.
His nervous energy seems to be respect for his elder and his vulnerability.
It’s not just you I too feel the same.
She actually helped me look at DMX with a different set of lens.
This was TOO SHORT. I can listen and learn from her for days.
He brings up the other celebrities issues but when she asked him to own his own… he changes the conversation. He judges Bill Cosby so harsh but gives grace to Chris Brown because he knows them personally. It’s contradictory. Just don’t judge either of them. And let the law convict the lawless . And stay out of anyone else’s life to speak on them cause u don’t know those men hearts just cause you are friends with them
He has so much compassion and understanding for R. Kelly, but none for Bill Cosby, but didn't they do the same thing? At least Cosby didn't mess young girls...
It's bothering me he's doing alot of deflecting and saying too many words to be a student. Shut up and listen Nick fr fr
That would be my only critique with this lesson. , don't talk more than your guests (especially Ms Vanzant!!!) & don't be rude by speaking over her!!! @@sherriegriffin7928

My uncles never smacked the shit out of each other people need to be careful how they speak on our community. Everybody isn’t damaged 😂
like u need to be taught that it's wrong lol
These young black men need to use decernment listen to the intuitive voice not there ego. You only know the difference in stillness(meditation and prayer) I have a 16yr old son and I have instilled in him at a very young age have his own mind stand 10toes on your beliefs don’t follow anyone your a leader you lead not follow. And the ones that have had toxic mamas they gotta forgive the mother for not doing better so they can heal and move on and get out of dysfunction it trickles to the children. ❤another great episode Mr. Cannon ❤been a fan since nickelodeon days.
We need more of these conversations with Iylanla
Wow I felt that. If a being isn’t full-filling their soul purpose you will be pulled out by most high.
There is nothing about this interview that I didn't love. I truly feel that these are the type of things that we should play while having family dinners and have healthy conversations to follow. Speak about what we learn, what could we do better, what needs to be managed, how things need to be handled respectfully.
Nick can be very exhausting. Most time he wants to hear what he wants to hear. He has a pattern of seeking validation for his actions and the actions of others, to make himself feel better about his shortcomings. I see the broken child that has manifested into a wounded man. He’s become accustomed to protecting the little boy in him so much that it won’t allow him to fully take accountability. Once he realizes he doesn’t have to protect that little boy, true healing can begin and he’ll be the man he truly wants to be. Strip the ego and Drop the mask. That’s how you become your highest self not an “image”’of that
I absolutely love this conversation! I love me some Elder Iyanla and I respect Nick Cannon for this platform. He is so intelligent and poised as a man and humble. I love to see it.
AMEN TO THE WARNINGS!!!! THANK YOU
Amen 🙏🏽
I love and admire her so much and nick you’re dope brother keep up the great work 💯
I can't get over that laugh of hers ❤❤. She's an amazing person.
Nick sitting here trying to cape for all the creeps and abusers he knows....but ms. V always comes through with the wisdom
I THOUGHT I WAS ONLY ONE FEELING THAT WAY, BUT BUDDY STOOD CORRECTED BY HER! NICK ITS CALLED ACCOUNTABILITY, THEN LEARN, AND HEAL! ❤❤
Yeah…a tad cringe on seeking absolution for his “friends.” Where publicly did Diddy, Kanye, etc stand up for him? I agree, CB was just a kid and I am hopeful he is a different person but the grown 50 and 80 year old abusers get no absolution with a long trail of proven victims. Love your friends my brother but hold them accountable and as Dr V put it “don’t let him die” or kill!
To my Auntie and my brother, thank you! This conversation was amazing. ❤❤❤
I love ❤️ Counsel Culture
I'm just learning that it exists..
Iwa-pele (divine and balanced character)
40:01 Nick when you mention that you have to do a dance when you're asked about anyone that you feel is being 'canceled', you may feel conflicted because 'you are supporting and participating with them to the detriment of others' ...as Iyanla said. 'Be a safe place' for those people, but also TEACH what youve learned from all of these Master Teachers you are bringing on your show. 'Check him/hold him accountable' in a space space....Amen, Iylanla, Amen.
Iyanla is the Truth. Big Mama in the best sense of the word. 🤍
“We travel in packs” said a lot in conjunction with all the abusers he uplifts… my spirit is irked
I felt the same way. Now if any of his skeletons come out, it wouldn’t be a shocker smh.
I love that quote... you can't let your misalignment get in the way of your assignment. ❤❤❤ That's love right there.
OMG I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS!!!!!!
The Queen of “ Doing the Work of Healing “❤️🩹
Love you Ms. Vanzant🫶🏽
Thank u Nick for bringing LIGHT to darkness.
Great and extraordinary show. So much love and respect to both of you. I can see, feel and hear the growth and maturity in both of you. I’ve been a follower of Mother/Mrs/Dr Vanzant for years and her growth and grace is amazing. When we are healthy and healed/ing, we treat ourselves and others better. ❤❤❤❤
She will always love us and take care of us with her wisdom and insight. We are so lucky to have her.
She helps us look at perspectives in such a careful way.
Nick is a very interesting dude, sometimes two things can be true at once....
Character formation doesn't mean they were not good. So we must convey the need for character development without demonizing the person.
26:12 why does Nick Cannon (and other BM) feel so connected with a bunch of men who harm people?
36:19 Nick Cannon said if it wasn’t for the public, the law (WM) wouldn’t have got to R. Kelly
Exactly
Hey 👋 Counsel Culture awesome 🤩 🔝 and keep up the good 😊 work
It's bothering me he's doing alot of deflecting and saying too many words to be a student. Shut up and listen Nick fr fr
I absolutely LOVE and enjoyed this❤❤❤❤❤❤
Really real good. I’m proud of what Nick Cannon doing. I wonder if he will ever invite Anthony Browder or Dr. Ray Hagin on his show?
Much needed conversations,🎉 I love u brother Nick and Mom Iyanla, ❤❤❤
Because through the years historically some of us have allowed our character to be reimagined. Our core values sometimes get morphed into things that they shouldn't be.
I like where Nick is trying to go with this, but they feel like his personal therapy sessions due to him talking the most about himself.
“He was disobedient and out of integrity.” Whew!
Thank you for sharing this beautiful session!✌🏾💚💙💜☀️
A lot of times we do that because there is an unmet need that has not yet to be fulfilled. And that hurts to no one here is us!! But we often need to learn what it is to be sound, poised. To be imperfect yet still brilliant. And perfect yet perfect and Adonai's eyes. We are screaming for our daddy.
I absolutely LOVE Muva!! One day imma meet her and be able to sit at her feet and LEARN!!!❤❤❤❤
Right speak Truth to yourself and yourself brothers
Thank you Nick, love this!❤
Very insightful and inspiring! A lesson about love and allegiance.
Great conversation with two incredible people with so much knowledge and insight
Beautiful session 🎉
I love her.
All the people they are speaking of should be invited to the conversations. That would be great.
I just don’t understand why these young people are not introduced to Jesus, he should be the first thing to be introduced to. It starts at home and when we as Christian see these young people come up in the industry someone needs to be an advocate for them that because evil is all around don’t dismiss it let them know those money hungry people destroy their love of God. It is a sad and disappointing experience not to let them know they are truly loves them more than us
Nick has too many issues so he talking about every other celebrity issue
Nick, Nick, Nick... this interview was very telling.
The entire interview I was taking notes.. enjoy every minute
Nick cannon: I stand with all the abusers !!!
Lmaoo that’s exactly what I got from this like…???
Nick know damn well Diddy did all that shit I was like what is he talking about today? Boy stop and just let Iyanla talk u gone get the views!
It seems like Nick is either one of the men that abuse their power or are in the circle of the men that get away with certain behaviors… if someone treated one of his daughters like his “friends “ would he be so quick to forgive ?
Exactly
I feel your heart Nick... this was beautiful
Healing in public is hard says Nurse Pp...but it's necessary!
Such an awesome and inspiring interview. Great job Nick, and please bring mysiStar back. 🌸🌸🌸
GRAT CONVERSATION FROM START TO FINISH!!
Thank You so much💙
Hey 👋 Counsel Culture I hope you’re doing good 😊 and have a great 😊 Friday and weekend I love you ❤️
Come thru Iyanla!🙌
I find it comical and insightful that Nick wants to talk about so many flawed individuals when he himself has impregnated a multitude of women in exchange for a lifestyle they otherwise couldn't construct for themselves. These women most likely feel like they need to do this for survival purposes. I think the conversation he's having with Iyanla is important and needed. I'm thankful that he's having it, and thirsty and insightful enough to ask for it. It's just really creepy because he's living so foul. Barf.
Aunty...I was not sure but I too have been tasked with helping men this season.
Nick is also a Beautiful Person
When I was growing up, my elders always said. Stick with your own kind. Baby boomer
Exquisite wisdom goddess. I appreciate this interview and you sharing guidance. Appreciate the video brother god. Stay in your integrity bro but stay balanced and stay open minded so you don't misjudge. A little incite.
Iya hit them with the Iwa Pele ✨

Matthew 28:19-20, Acts 2:1-4🙏🏾❤️🔥
Oh Nicky I love you so very much I will talk to you now I’m calling your name now
Great talk. I don't want to identify the talk as an interview. God bless.
Yall didn't hear what she said about Bill Cosby. People do not want to have that conversation though. Teach Iyanla.
We have stop calling people names like Genius
Beautiful
This popped up on my home page, _ i'm glad that it did. I'm here for Ms Iyanla!! Nick, try not to speak more or over your guests! Certainly not with Ms Vanzant!!
32:55 Not Miss Iyanla saying, "Woo da woo da woo!"😂🤭🥹🤟🏾😉
Why does Nick have on a coat with fur on the collar and skull cap?
Great interview ❤
John 16:3 And these things will they do unto you, because they have not known the Father, nor me. 🙏🏾❤️🔥
Matthew 6:24 No one can serve two masters. Either you will hate the one and love the other, or you will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve both God and money. 🙏🏾❤️🔥
33:32 They BM want to benefit from the patriarchy, but they also don’t want any consequence, and since the patriarchy is powered by a perceived WM, when the Black men are held accountable for their behavior, they don’t want the consequence of the law/WM
I overstand Nick no one should be persecuted for one mistake as a very young person. There is 3sides to a story. never known CB to deny anything he apologized on his Documentary and in public. Let that man live and be great as he is.
It has been multiple women accusing Chris of the same violent behavior after so he hasn’t changed .. if someone was violent to a women you know could you forgive so easy?
@@imback936 yep. Unforgivness hinders your growth and blocks you from moving ahead not them. I’m a victim of domestic abuse and violence. I forgave them for me not them. You only understand if you been there and done the healing work. Hurt people hurt people.
