Southgate should have left 3 years ago tbh. After his big brain moment to bring on Rashford, Sancho and Saka for penalties and almost ruined their careers. That was it for me.
Oh shut up don't act like England are any good they ain't better than 2018 France, 2022 Argentina and others like Southgate carried u guys but his tactics don't work well for the squad ur lucky u even reached the finals all I can say is that he cost the Euros if he didn't bring on Saka. Like the only people who thought England were gonna reach the finals were biased England fans themselves thinking they had the best squad.
In WC 2022, England played magnificently (except for that game against the US), even when we lost to France we were still good. But yeah, thanks for the achievements, but it's time to go,
I feel Poch will do very well with this England squad. He'll have England play an attractive brand of football and also enhance the togetherness of the squad.
Try Klopp. He's on a sabbatical year but it'll only be qualifiers for the next 2 years so it should be easy going enough for him to possibly accept the job. He knows the prem players very well also, specifically the Liverpool players like Trent and Gomez but has definitely also already done his research on Jude thoroughly. He has a great eye for developing talent which England has a-lot of. Klopp's gegenpressing is also a great fit for England's athleticism and would become a trademark with how eye-catching it is, it wouldn't be too hard to implement it either since Liverpool has a high press and so does City as well as the sheer athleticism and willingness of players such as jude and our Striker Options besides Kane.
"shown little creativity in the middle of the park" proceeds to show Trent, who has created the most chances for England in the entirety of the group stage 😂
Foreign managers won't do much for England as domestic managers based on experience (considering the first one that England had squandered its golden generation and the second one failed to bring home any glories)
What is wrong with The Fans. This man has led us to the finals and semi finals yet no one appreciates him and his style of managing the England squad 😢. I get it England has been poor in the group stages but still managed to finish 2nd. Have some faith in your own country I believe they will perform really well against Slovakia tonight❤❤.Argentina performed really bad in their group and everyone started criticising them but they went on to win the World Cup last year, the same case for Spain in 2010. They can’t win the tournament with only criticisms they need the support of the Fans as well. For a national team manager it’s not that easy for him to make decisions. Don’t judge a man until you’ve walked a Mile in his shoes ❤And I still believe, It’s Coming Home❤❤❤❤
No team has won the World Cup with a foreign manager, and the examples at the Euros are scarce. English football philosophy is behind the curve, and until major work is done to change how football is played in this country, we can expect more of the same.
I’d prefer Eddie Howe to come in if I’m honest, but definitely Southgate out. His choices in the Final in 2021 were unforgivable really and I feel that he is the quintessential FA yes man. Let’s be honest, all of the knockout games we’ve played under him have been tremendously favourable in terms of opposition and had we faced sterner opposition he wouldn’t have had the “success” he has had.
He should have been sacked a month or so after the WC. He missed his window with his generation. At this point it doesn’t matter, you’ll lose soon enough might as well keep him for a year or so and see what he gets out of this class.
I agree with the foreign manager idea but i have a another manager that could work (as long as he doesnt manage Australia) Ange Postecoglu, he knows finals from his time with Celtic (i think) and at Tottenham hes done really well. If he does ill be happy and this isnt bias from a spurs fan hes just really good 🦘
Southgate OUT. Yes, credit where it's due, he did improve things significantly after the Roy Hodgson disaster but he's taken them as far as he can. These past three England games have been the most boring, turgid shite I've seen England play, probably ever.
Give that team to someone like conte or Ancelloti after he he leaves Madrid and see them win trophies. TF Southgate did improve England but they have good enough squad to win things and man doesn’t have a philosophy and the team strugggles often with lack of balance and slow boring transition, they a too good for that
Lets be real this England side us comparable tomultiple champion league winning teams he has no excuse to not reacht at least semi finals each tournament
Even in 2018 and 2020 even tho I felt even in 2018 with the easy run he had them playing some good football in 2020 the run was based off sheer luck, had he went against an Italy or Spain earlier we would’ve been knocked out. In 2018 however I felt he could’ve been able to beat good sides even then but after that, his tactics have been shit and poor and rlly should’ve been gone after 2022, after the poor nations league performance and the WC quarterfinal exit😊
Its funny how you mention his "mistake" to let saka take the decisive pen but forget that he subbed on sancho and rashford for the sole purpose of the penalty shootout after they barely played the entire tournament just for them to miss it, but we must always go after saka yeah
No no I’m not going after Saka! I’m going after Southgate for putting that pressure on a teenager. Penalties are 50/50, and I’m not mad at any of the players that missed them - especially not Saka
Southgate out. bring a foreign coach in who has decent tactical nous and a plan B when going gets tough as Gareth has none of that. Extremely lucky in all tournaments played bar 22 wc and when facing decent opposition in crucial games we completely fold. Lazy, uninspiring appointment in the first place.
Southgate in, or Southgate out?

SOUTHGATE OUT !!!

MO SALAH OUT OF LIVERPOOL
No way 🙅
Southgate should have left 3 years ago tbh. After his big brain moment to bring on Rashford, Sancho and Saka for penalties and almost ruined their careers. That was it for me.
It was sakas first professional penalty as well…
Agreed he has done better than many before him but especially in recent memory he’s struggled tactically
Massively! Excited for the future after the euros though
No he was the manager of Middlesbrough before so that makes him worse
Go
What memories he's cost England a few tournaments
Oh shut up don't act like England are any good they ain't better than 2018 France, 2022 Argentina and others like Southgate carried u guys but his tactics don't work well for the squad ur lucky u even reached the finals all I can say is that he cost the Euros if he didn't bring on Saka. Yep Gareth Southgate was Great with England in the past but since the world cup england was In the Poorest Form I Have Ever Seen😢😢😢
I feel bad about it man! But he's been in charge for too long and we don't have a system. It's a sad way to go out
That performance was absolutely embarrassing 😳
Such a shocker. It's the fans that have paid so much money to be there that I feel sorry for
Didn't take over from Hodgson. Took over from big sam
He deserves a natural Kalvin Philips replacement😂
😂
Yes maybe Southgate should go after the Euros but rn we need to focus on getting behind England in the knockouts. Worry about this once we’re out
Yeah good point!
Southgate out, klopp in,
Klopp could/wouldn’t manage England
He should have gone after the European final at Wembley. He proved he learned nothing from Croatia in the World Cup two years before.
Southgate took over from Sam Allardyce. Not Hodgson
England should go for PEP
My dream
He is overrated tactically
@@LiverpoolAndBoroFan😶😶😶

It is a popular opinion that we need a foreign manager. Bring in Tuchel.
Southgate out
But I have to thank him for the memories that waistcoat was iconic and we did have great moments under him
100%. It’s a shame that it’s ending this way. He should have left after the World Cup

If he doesn’t make it far this tournament, then he got to go. He still has a chance to prove himself though
100%!
Congrats on getting 100k subscribers 🎉🎉🎉
Whilst I do think he should go after the Euros, the players have to shoulder some of the blame to
South out of the gate
DEFINITELY
England got no chance winning the euros if they keep southgate
Foreign managers won't do much for England as domestic managers based on experience (considering the first one that England had squandered its golden generation and the second one failed to bring home any glories)
Yes mate ty someone who agrees with me for once
Haha I think we're in the majority now mate
Bro everyone agrees with you… I’m not even English and it’s a chore having to sit through these matches 😭
@@MikeyFC yes probably
The longer England goes on without a trophy the longer the socoety wins
Southgate out
Terzic or klopp I’d jump up and down for atp
Imagine!! Would be unreal
Now we are at the lowest lowest of lows

Gareth pours himself a glass of water but then doesn’t wash the cup so it doesn’t get soap on it 😭
as soon as he got rid of the waistcoat it was over for him
Edin Tersic is an interesting shout but no chance he joins he's German ain't he? 😂
He is! But I’d have a German manager. I guarantee we’d win something 😂
He‘s actually Croatian.
As of this min a write this Slovakia are 1 nil up against 🏴. Southgate out
Southgate out, I'm ready for Potterball
SOUTHGATE IN He Will win euros You might not be happy with the football but if you win no problem
Southgate is Good but he's gotta go...
I think the English should fully support him until the end of the tournament, then decide for the future
I watched the first half of yesterday’s game and the least said about it is poor 😂
Mate it was shocking 😂
Gary Neville incoming
England need a VW / Audi type manger in Germany.. with some 'Vorsprung durch technik' & 'everyone needs something to rely on in life' culture
Southgate out please i can't wait to see you Mikey
Just give the ball to Trent with runners on the pitch and it’ll be fine
No team has won the World Cup with a foreign manager, and the examples at the Euros are scarce. English football philosophy is behind the curve, and until major work is done to change how football is played in this country, we can expect more of the same.
The potential he’s wasting with so many great players is pathetic. #GetOUTSouthgate
I saw you at that ad before it gets back to the euros game celebrating Englands goal last euros
Guardiola or Klopp👌
😂 we can dream!

Harry Redknapp could be England manager
Southgate ball is poisonous tbh
Horrendous
Thomas Tuchel - not the best choice, but that man knows tournament football rather well. He beat Pep in the CL final.
He should have been sacked a month or so after the WC. He missed his window with his generation. At this point it doesn’t matter, you’ll lose soon enough might as well keep him for a year or so and see what he gets out of this class.

Very true! My bad
Close the South Gate
Let's not forget Phil Foden has left the tournament dud to family matters. Good luck England!

You don’t even need a terzic. Just any foreign manager would do 🤣
Thank you and goodbye
To be honest I’m team southgate out he’s leaving players on the bench that have so much potential
it was time to go after the Italy defeat. absolutely useless. The solskjaer of international management
Glad saka took that penalty because that only made him a much better player
Didn't he actually take over from Big Sam? 🤔
Maaaaate he did! Completely my bad
