    Good Narration, epic project!! But one different opinion, I feel they could have done better with External architectural design and shape. It looks a little blocky and Emulates are normal design. With 40 billion I feel a more Africanized Architectural design would have been better, its easier to notice KICC and not the GTC. An Architectural design that reflects Nairobi and Kenya, that way attracting even more curiosity of what’s inside. I’ve passed it severally and I’ve never really given it much attention not knowing it was this Big of a project. I feel this one the Chinese and German Architects gave us a Replica of their buildings in China and Germany. That aside, hats off to all the professionals involved.

    Enoch, you do very informative vlogs, enjoyable to watch indeed. Have you considered doing something similar for other cities like Addis Ababa,? Addis Ababa is erupting literally into a mega modernized capital city with great public transport including the electric light rail. There is a lot for you to show in that country and the population of the Ethiopians in Ethiopia and the diaspora would greatly boost your channel because they are very patriotic.

    Unfortunately, the finance bill demos ruined the infrastructure and investors' confidence in Kenya. It will take time to rebuild but there`s more work that needs to be done. For instance, so far Konza Smart City will be a great step in the right direction in order to establish a sense of security and modernization efforts in Kenya`s vision 2030.

    • @mobeya2345
      @mobeya2345 3 หลายเดือนก่อน +33

      The demos were good for the country. They shown a light on the need for good governance. Kenya is a great country. It needs to be governed well.

      @58andirangu 3 หลายเดือนก่อน +29

      That's really myopic of you. Same as saying Kenya shouldn't have fought for independence because the settlers had built some nice looking areas. You should blame blame the GOVERNMENT for causing the demos. No one else

      Unfortunately I am yet to hear of any GTC and Konza City Scandals - truth is anything Politicians have Zero Access to has almost Zero Issues, however at Upper Hill both #Montave and #Pinnacle have suffered while #88 appears to be doing good. Our biggest problem is our Rogue, Greedy and Tumbocratic Politicians otherwise no one would ever think of leaving Kenya for anywhere save for Business and Holidays.

    • @Dollarzonne

      @@mobeya2345and even more bigger #Demos need to happen until #Parliament wakes up. Their Approvals are our biggest nightmares. If they play their part a President cannot do much. They should not only be occupied but denied Access.
