Hi! thanks! I think it is not possible to hook up an incremental encoder to mach3 - only index signal (z signal from encoder - 1 pulse per rotation). For some machines this is enough but for mine it didn't want to work
Yes, I'm using a cheap parallel BoB. This is the G33 cycle - for testing of this function I had a GCode program with just one line. For the purpose of showing how it works - I was adding additional depth each pass (each pass was a seperate program - this is why the spindle stopped each time). If you'd like to make threads - use G76 instead :)
@@GBWM_CNC Thank you very much! Have a 3 lathes to CNCizer. 2 Sherlines (Chucker) and 4100 and a chinese Mini lathe. Got a mesa 7i96s for Chucker but studying to use the parallel BoB for the others. My doubt is about connecting an encoder to get descent RPM reading for the spindle in the parallel BoB and make precise threadings (I need to machine small worm gears). I notícias that you use a encoder and a pulse indictive sensor. They work together? How to connect ALL encoder wires tô thr paralela BoB (A B Z)? My first linux experience was in 1998 with Slackware. Long time with no use. Backing to the game and you are helping a lot!
Hi! great work! do you have in your patron any tutorial of how to connect and set up the spindle encoder to de mach3 board? thank you!

Gut erklärt
Könntest du deine hall und ini zur Verfügung stellen ? Bzw zeigen was drin steht .
👍🏽👍🏽
Very good demo thank you .
thank you so much for explainetion 👍
I'm glad it helped :D
Hi! Thanks for the content! What are you using a parallel BoB, right? Why spindle stops each pass?

@@motacosta123 I'm really glad my videos do help people! Good luck with CNCying! :)
Good work respect from pakistan,👍
Thanks! :)
Świetna robota . Nie brakło pinów wejściowych ? Mógłbyś wrzucić filmik z konfiguracji 🙂

Как подключили энкодер к лпт?
смотрите другие мои видео на канале. Об этом есть видео :)
good video
Thank you 😎
Muy bueno el video 👍
Gracias!
Więcej takich filmów, pozdrawiam z nad morza.
Będzie więcej 😁
Công việc ổn
just use G76
G33 allows to use more than one axis for the synchronized motion. For usual threading of course g76 is better.
