Sorry, this neck was not removed completely. It was loose enough we just injected glue and clamped it in the proper position. There are a lot of videos on TH-cam showing neck removal. Take out the fret at the neck joint and inject steam or a hot stick to loosen.

I have a 65’ Harmony Archtone. I too had it rehabbed (it had no hardware and was in pieces when I bought it off eBay for $20). My favorite guitar!
Maybe you should change the name to, taking the clamps off and cleaning up!
