Was getting hacked early in the game, while the refs called phantom calls on the other end. He blow up doe in the 2nd half especially in the 4th. Everybody be dogging on his field goal % but never realize that he was one of the reasons why OKC came back from 15 down. 31 PTS 8 ast 9 Rebs crucial offensive rebounds and major 3s, yeah sure he shot some stupid shots, but you can't take away the fact that he still put up 31. Especially with the best defender on him.

Everybody saying Westbrook should have passed the ball more didn't watch the game. He gave Durant AND Ibaka a hell of a lot of looks the entire time. The problem is that more than a couple of his passes are turnovers, and also Kanter wasn't getting involved more ( He will be the key to thunder's true success this entire playoffs imo )
They'll get back next game and the same people will still be hating, but real thunder fans know that as many shots as he took this game, he is not all, or even mostly to blame.

He was shooting well from 3 this game, he was missing layups doe. He was getting hacked on every drive. Everything changed in the 2nd half, he shot way better and came in clutch.

Kevin Durant should be blamed as much as Russ for this loss. Sure, Russ was taking dumbass shots, but when he finally passed the ball to KD for him to take over, KD fucking passes it back which led to a turnover. KD needs to be more assertive, this is not the KD that I've been a huge fan of. When the team passes you the ball and expects you to take over, you have to show leadership and at least attempt to do it, if you can't then you just take the blame like a man like Russ did tonight, at least you fucking tried. Hate to say this but Russ is a much better leader than KD, KD is really an alpha player with a beta personality.

Before you people go off on me saying I'm a KD hater or whatsoever, I'm a huge KD fan and in fact he's by far my favourite player in the league. But his plays as of late has been really disappointing especially in this game, he refuses to try and take over when his team needed him the most and simply passes the rock back to Westbrook. I don't know what else you can expect in such a situation other than a turnover or an ugly brick. OKC's offense relies so heavily on Westbrook and Durant. If Westbrook is off and Durant refuses to step up and make plays/try to score, the entire team will collapse and tonight is simply a solid proof to this statement.

You're cherry picking one single play where KD actually made the right basketball play to pass it out to an open Westbrook, he just didn't throw an accurate pass.
There were two possessions in a row where Kyle Anderson's slow ass was guarding KD out on the perimeter and Russ didn't give him the ball, instead he chose to take stepback 3's like he was Curry or somebody.
Durant doesn't deserve nearly as much blame for this one as Westbrook does

The way Westbrook handed KD the ball in that possession totally spells "I'm off as hell, take over please" which KD obviously didn't and rushed the play, it's even more evident when you could totally tell that Westbrook was not expecting to receive that pass. I didn't say that Westbrook wasn't responsible for this loss, in fact he is far from excused with that shitty performance of his. What I'm saying is that KD has his fair share of blunders in this game too. People are crucifying Westbrook for his shooting performance but is it really all his fault when KD didn't step up when he should have?
