Burning the shades isn't the fastest but does give roughly 400 prayer xp when burning one fiyr shade. Just food for thought for people who might want to try and check this method out (as I personally don't know how viable it actually is in terms of prayer training) - edit: Just found someone in the comments already mentioning shades. Bang out Witch’s Potion and/or Imp Catcher, then buy supplies. Enchanting Emerald Rings into Rings of Dueling is *sometimes* profitable, but is more xp/hr. Either way, a brand new account can have high alch unlocked in a couple hours.
I can second this, I've been making and enchanting jewelry on a brand new OSRS p2p account and in two days both my crafting and magic are in the mid 60s. If you shop around and price check the raw mats you can sometimes make upwards of 800-1100 profit per piece of jewelry.

The other day I was fletching maple shields for great xp, and high alching them gets okay magic xp, but also, after taking runes and logs into account for making the shields then high alching them gives you a profit of 44gp per shield

Yessir. I'll always recommend super compost for low/mid level. Ultra is too ecpensive for people starting your and at low farming lvl the yield won't be gamechanging. Just my 2 cents :)
I get that. When I was low-level, I made my own ultracompost using super compost and volcanic ash in the farming compost bins. Doing just one of the bins regularly (like once per day or maybe twice) gave me enough ultracompost to last a while. This was especially useful with the bin in the farming guild as it holds a bit more. I would also highly recommend getting the bottomless compost bucket as early as possible. It’s super cheap now at a bit less than 200k and is well worth the upfront cost to double your ultracompost/halve the price of it. In my opinion, would be hard to know when would be best to switch to ultra (at what level or bank value) so to me, it makes sense to build up the habit of using ultra especially when you make a lot of money pretty quickly and efficiently with herb runs even at low farming levels.

You can go to wiki calculator and see for yourself. lv38 toadflax with ultra compost averages to 68k, while with super only 50k, ultra compost doesn't cost 18k. Dead herbs are 100% loss and switching from super to ultra the death chance is almost halved (11.18% -> 5.72%), not to mention the increase in yield beyond the herbs simply not dying. Ultra compost is dirt cheap, if you can afford a bond, you can afford ultra compost, the only place where you could penny pinch is hops because you can protect them for cents by buying tomatoes and baskets then filling them yourself. I do 3 runs per day, and it costs me

You actually can make money training prayer. If you go to the trouble of grinding out the morytania hard diary and 95 firemaking you can burn Urium remains for slow, albeit very profitable prayer xp.

Watched this before, and now I am back again to remind myself of the many possibilities to do something fun as my levels grow higher and higher. With 99 farming yesterday (with a tangleroot pull!) I am curious if I should just replace all of my fruit trees with dragonfruit, and instead of cutting them down, just remembering to pick them for passive profit. I always wonder if you achieve the highest level required to do a task (in every level) if it guarantees at least some level of distinctive profit. Also, good on you for making note of the Mining outfit being used in a diary. I despise mining. I farmed up a bunch of nuggets and blew them on a coal bag, then power-mined iron. Now I am obediently returning to MLM to collect my mining outfit so I can go and kill that dweeb mole efficiently.

You don't really need to read much with quest helper - there's big blue boxes and arrows that show where to go / click ... I've used slayermusiqs vids lots for quests and also used quest helper lots - quest helper is by far the easier and faster option but again, don't let me hold you back from listening to his vids if they are the way you like to go about it 👍
@@Pepe_LeMac didn’t realize you were talking about the runelite plug-in. I barely play on runelite and that plug-in isn’t even installed so I can’t say much about it but I only use the guide for items need and when I get stuck.
Do your farm runs in conjunction with bird runs. Farm runs first. By the time you are done and are ready to start your bird runs, 20 mins have passed. And since it takes 80 mins for herbs to finish growing, you pretty much only have to wait an hour to do them again after you're done with the bird run. Level 82 hunter all from bird house runs. Yes, pick your herbs and limproots. Pick your cactus spines as well. Then go and grab all 4 patches of your yanillian hops. Plant some palm seeds in all 5 patches and pick those every 4 hours. Those coconuts are like 2.7k. As of right now, I have been seeing them at 3K each. You'd be surprised after doing that all day long how much you are making. I was easily making 3 mil a day every sat and Sunday just from farming. And I'd train slayer and watch TH-cam vids like this why training slayer. Oh what's that? You have to work too? Well just do 3 or 4 sessions a day. Wake up, farm/bird runs. Lunch time same thing. When you get home same thing. Maybe sneak in one more before you go to bed. Boom, easy 700k+ a day.
I did not have access to it so I used the dungeon under the Burthorpe Inn. You can bank with the man who stands right next to the fire and you don't have to move to bank and keep cooking. I got my 99 cooking pretty fast with this method. I had the gauntlets as well.

i have 85 mining... i go to the wildres runite ore, mine 6-8 ore and leave... after 20 minute i have 80-100k gp... pkers kill me sometimes, maybe 1 one 15 trying, but 4 rune ore i can protect with prayer, and i use adamate pick for minimalist loses... when my combat skill will be harder, i think that nobody pkers can killed me
That's about 300k per hour with the risk/nuisance of being pked ... no thanks I'd rather go do Zalcano and make over 500k per hour and less risk, plus roll at pet

Ok, got the name, Taverley Underground, my combat levels are 25 for att/str, 20 for defence and 20 for magic, ranged at like 17, herblore is 0, I do have a membership, I'm just brand new to this game.
From what I know of it, it’s probably not worth doing until higher FM and prayer levels and for people with higher of those skills they probably have better moneymakers doing something else.

Only other requirement is completing the Shades of Mort'ton quest If you wanted to be really efficient then doing the Morytania hard diary requires some quests including Desert Treasure, 70 prayer, and a few other lv50-70 stats which is still arguably a med level account
Lol with items like full bandos currently priced at 80m these money makers are all obsolete and do not make enough $ in the current meta. Either PK or kill Slayer bosses. Thats about it. Anything else is a waste of time and only done to further progress your account in quest and diaries.
Slayer is really pain up to like 65 when you get to kill dust devils, and then still its really still like 500k / hour max, which is joke considering effort. Best to train is probly smithing for blast furnace adamant / rune bars and profit 1M/hour available to anybody in just 20 hours maybe. Slayer requires either spending millions on cannonballs + 50 hours to start profiting, or spending 100 hours without cannon and even after getting that higher levels (65-75) slayer doesnt provide higher profit than smithing adamant bars.

You can make 2-3mil an hour from revs just with craw bow/Viggoras chainmace at lvl 70 melee or range.

Clean herbs are almost always slightoy more expensive, so clean whatever herbs you can and the ones you can't clean sell them "dirty"

If you havent done Desert treasure, it may be locked behind that because of the Smoke Dungeon, even if Catacombs is available.

Merchant + slayer made me hundreds of millions
Slayer is really pain up to like 65 when you get to kill dust devils, and then still its really still like 500k / hour max, which is joke considering effort.
Best to train is probly smithing for blast furnace adamant / rune bars and profit 1M/hour available to anybody in just 20 hours maybe.
Slayer requires either spending millions on cannonballs + 50 hours to start profiting, or spending 100 hours without cannon and even after getting that higher levels (65-75) slayer doesnt provide higher profit than smithing adamant bars.

Just cut diamonds for fletching, dunno why it's never on gp guides. It's about 250k an hr and afk as hell.
i literally try to sell cowhide and players give me like 100-250k everytime just to be nice
