Rather than using so much weight you should try rotating the tire 180 degrees on the rim first.
some tires have ink dots on them, I forget what the colors mean but I recall lining them up with the valve stems helps.
I was doing stone tires before Hillbilly was doing wooden ones. I had a bubble level that you had to level before you could use it. That was a trick that an older fart thought me was to move the heavy side 180°.

Hey Robby. If you have a wheel that is way out. Break it back down and rotate the tire on the wheel 180 degrees and recheck.

There is a tiny barcode on the tires, line that up with the valve stem and you will need less tire weights. On some tires it will be a pink or blue dot. Most are a barcode nowadays.
Firestone tires recommend to break down the bead and spin the tire 180° to get the tire to balance with much less weights. Works like a charm
Adjust caster first camber second toe last because each one effects the next in that order.
Robby, Do you know if you align the yellow mark on the tire with the rims air valve location balancing is easier.

That is a cool alignment machine. If you do camber first, that keeps tire wear even. As long as caster is close side to side it doesn't have to be perfectly in spec. Toe is easiest and the last one to set, and perfect is possible and important for tire wear and driveability.

Sometimes you can break the bead loose and spin the tire on the rim to help with all the excess weights
If you break the tire bead and rotate the tire 90 degrees at a time. You can see on the balancer when the tire is rotating smooth, and will also bring the weight down. The idea is that no wheel or tire is perfectly rounded, you try and match the tire to the rim.
Why you no move the tires 180 on the rims to try and improve the balance? Or use a Road Force Hunter machine that will tell you where to put the tire on the rim?
aftermarket TMPS also indicate the tire temp, great indicator if you have a brake sticking, or a bearing going out.

Even being a long bed ✓ it used to be only short beds were fixed up .
They use to put a circle with dot on the tires to line up with the valve stem, dont know if they still do that but you should check

whenever i have a tire with too much weight on it, i like to turn the tire on the wheel 180 degrees and see if it helps.

The white bar code sticker on the tire is the heavy spot on the tire and the valve hole is the light spot on the rim.. put the white sticker wherever the valve is .. weights should be way less.. good luck
I just have a quick question if you’re adding that much weight to your tire, why don’t you break the seal and turn the tire 180° and see if you can put in less weight?
In the old days we always mounted the tires and drove a couple hundred miles before balancing and doing the alingment to settle the new tires and rims.
With a bubble balancer?
85-97 ft/lb sounds about right for a Toyota with alloys. If you go any higher you will warp the discs and have brake shudder. Adding adjustable upper control arm all joints with fix your camber issue.

I can help you with that alignment you need to measure the hight and set the correct weights around the suv to get proper alignment
camber is adjustable, you do it when you do the caster. one side is positive 10 and other side is negative 15. Its gonna pull even if your toe is even.
Robby your shop since I first started watching your Channel has gotten so many Cool tools. I'm glad Companies send TH-camrs tools to check out in hopping to get people to buy there merchandise. Your Shop must be loaded with tools now. I hope you have a good alarm system to protect everything. I bought those cheep lightbulb 💡 Cameras and the work good you can get a prescription to them to fallow human movement or just to video everything. They work good without paying anything also but it only takes pictures then no video. They where easy to install just screw them in any light fixtures or use the one they have and run wire to power them up. I have mine for 2 years now and they work good outside. You can talk on them and hear them .
That tire machine should have a bead blaster on it. I know I wouldn't buy a tire machine without one.

you can always optimize the tire on the rim but it need more effort... just loosen up tire on the rim and roteate it by some degrees and put it on HOFFMAN again...check for weights on the screen...

One thing that may be causing you to add so much weight to the rims to get they to balance it the sensors that are inside the rim. Not sure how much they weight but it needs to be compensated for I'm pretty sure.
would love a 4 post lift, I have a really hard time standing back up with just the 4 arm lift

Learn to mount tires ,if you have weight issues you can use features in your wheel balancer called smart weight which match mounts tires to wheels. Not all tires are perfect not all wheels are perfect,sold and serviced dealership and garage equipment forever.

Check your machine. I have never put more than an ounce on a radial T/A. We had a snap-on balancer P.O.C
When those KO2’s drive like complete crap change to nitto ridge grappler. I had ko2’s since 2015 bought my 3rd pair recently it took 4 full replacement sets to get 4 tires that would balance (road force in the 20’s The nittos first try balanced to below 10…
