Could you please talk about effect of common forms of chelated minerals/supplements on the body? Can they enter cells? E.g. Zinc Gluconate, Magnesium Citrate, l-Selenomethionine,Manganese Gluconate (or any mineral). Can vitamins be chelated? Thanks!

EDTA is still a hexadentate ligand and you just keep calling it a tetradentate...

It is a flexi-dentate ligand and can have coordination nos as 4 and 6 (ETDA, T is Tetra)
