🦖🦕 I know you said you're having a tough time but you looked so happy showing your wins at the moment. Nothing like a positive plant chat to lift the mood. Also that cardigan was beyond cute 😍🌿💚
Thank you so much lovely for commenting this. I am having a rough time at the moment but the plants are bringing me joy and it was so nice to film and share them with you all. I've not wanted to film for a while but looking around there is so much happening that I suddenly so wanted to capture it all! Thank you for being here for me to share it 🥰 plants really do lift the mood!
🦖 Great updates 🎉 I love that Rhipsalis paradoxa major 😍 And every time I see the Anthurium rugulosum Crinatum, I'm in awe. Thankfully, I couldn't hear the revving car because no doubt it would have done my head in, too 😂 The struggle is real with these darn noises 🙉
🦖🦕I ALWAYS watch your videos til the end. You have an amazing collection of plants. I’m a Hoya head but I’m slowly getting into Rhipsalis and yours is AMAZING. Thanks for sharing with us. 💚🌱🪴
Omg the paradoxa major 😍😍😍😍 been on the wishlist for years but could only find the minor. Seen clairs video and went straight onto mont plants but were all sold out. Love your vids keep on going lovely your great xx
Hey girly! Amazing updates! That paradoxa is amazing. I just featured mine in my cacti/succulent video. I would say mine is as long but not as thiccc! She’s a gorgeous gal! Mine has been so easy. She likes water. Maybe more than you would think. And Claire got me hooked too! 😂 I hope you feel better. Love your videos!
Hi sweet! thank you so much for watching and taking the time to comment 🥰 I'm seriously in love with the paradoxa; dya know what, for some reason, it struck me as a plant that might need more water than I thought it might haha! Thanks for the tip! I have a teeny one which hasn't done so well for me (probably hasn't had enough water!) I'll have to check out your cacti and succulent video, I'm really enjoying these plants at the moment! 🫶
Yay the Rhipsalis Paradoxa took me about a year and a half to fine (I got 3 Miss labelled minor cuttings along the way 🤨), love this plant, grows beautifully and props easily, think I’ve now got one in nearly every room 🤪. Hope you continue to enjoy yours.
Omg the rhipsalis! It's been on my wishlist for a couple years, what a steal! There's one in my local plant shop but it's huge so i didn't even bother looking at the price because no doubt it's about £60 😂😭 I'll just live vicariously through you 😂
Oh babe! Are you UK based?! I'd be happy to share 🥰 There's one in a local(ish) plant shop to me, it's huge and SO long... it's over £200! Like, I totally get the price but jheeze I could never 🫣 so this one really does feel like a steal! So I'm very happy to share 🥰 I'm guna try find you on insta 😉
Oh my god, Vicky! I literally bought one yesterday!!! I've been eyeing the Jatropha podagrica up on the grow tropicals website, it's been sat in my basket for ages but yesterday I went to the Mint Plants greenhouse for a lil mooch around a new shipment Hayley had in of rescue plants and she had one there!!! It's small but there's loads of new growth, the leaves seem to come in a deep burgundy colour?! and the way the flowers start out reminds me of frogs feet! haha it was only a fiver too which I thought was incredible (it doesn't have roots - a rescue plant! - hoping it's easy enough to root 🤞). It's not one I can keep outside here but I bet it's so fun to see it growing outdoors! Thank you for watching and taking the time to comment 🫶
Omg your tephro!! OK, I have seen like three different videos where you have shown this and I finally broke down and had to order it 😅😅😅 it’s just so beautiful and weird!! Any care tips to share?
Haha! You won't regret it! It's such a lil weirdo and I'm so impressed with how quickly it grows once it gets going! I don't feel like I have any care tips, like it feels like a fluke that it's doing so well 🫣 it's been sat on my south facing window and I've been watering it sporadically but also a bit more than I would typically water a cactus because it's putting out new growth, I figured that's probably thirsty work! haha. Good luck with yours! I hope you love it !
Oh I feel your struggle! I didn't think it was going to be an anthurium I could keep initially, it hated me! The only tip I have is that it does seem to be super thirsty; I think it is my most watered plant, other than my carnivorous ones which I'm trying to keep constantly wet! I probably water this plant every 7-10 days depending on the weather and I'm imagining come the (consistently) warmer months I'll just end up standing it in a puddle! haha
It was sold to me as an Anthurium papalillaminum a few years ago now from Indonesia - I can't know for certain what the true ID is though, it's certainly got some interesting features, definitely pap in there but I don't know about purely pap. Do you have any thoughts on a possible hybrid?
@perkyplants I just started plants last year with an orchid. Well 2 years with the orchid. I watched Missorchid on TH-cam and got it to bloom the next year but it hasn't bloomed this year. Then some big box store plants. I like alocasia and I'm thinking of getting an anthirium next.
All the dinos in this comment section are just making my day 🦖🦕thank you so much to you all for watching to the end of my videos! I appreciate you 🫶💕
I got a rhipsalis paradoxia from mint plants at Malvern it’s huge and just stunning one of my favourites x

🦖 looking forward to the upcoming full plant tour ❤

🦖 That Rhipsalis is amazing!!
Isn't it incredible?! 🤩
Would you prefer the full collection tour to be in one long video or a couple of shorter videos?! Let me know
Whatever is easiest for you to make lovely 🤍✨
I prefer shorter videos because sometimes I don’t have time for an hour video but you do you always.
Either way! If it’s longer and I need to split it up I just leave them on my “watch later” list until I’ve finished watching.
Whatever you feel up to. I cannot wait to see the new shelves!

Ah I LOVE that! It's truly such a beautiful plant isn't it, I would also be very happy to have one in every single room 🤪

Ohmygosh! How long have you had that tephrocactus geometricus? What light are you giving it? I so want to see mine change! Love it!
Your Pauciflora is so beautiful and that trellis is so cool 😍😍
Thank you Natasha! I love it so much, I’m intrigued by the Passiflora genus! They’re all so cool 😍
@@perkyplantsoh I’m spelling it wrong 😂 Agreed! They’re so cool 😍😍
Pahah, plant names are spelt so widely, I'm constantly spelling them wrong 🫣
I love caudex plants. Check out Jatropha podagrica! One of my favorites and is growing huge leaves for me this year outside in Texas.

What is the anthirium called with the red leaf?

I love your videos and seeing your plants. The only problem for me is it's hard to hear you.
I'm so sorry it's difficult for you to hear me. I am looking at getting a better mic so hopefully the audio will improve 🤞
