That whole scene with Shigaraki unleashing his power is so intense. It's the third time I watch it and it still gets the blood flowing. Also, Crust in just these few episodes and specially in his last act just becomes such an iconic character for me. A true hero. He not only saves Aisawa, he does it knowing he is dying, crumbling away, and not only does he save him from death he tries to save his spirit too by reassuring him that it is ok, he did what he came here to do, what a hero does, he saved someone. Not to speak of the fact he might have decided to save Aisawa despite himself because he is almost certainly aware of how important Aisawa is in the fight against these super powerful entities.
I think the reason they keep panning to Twice's body is because hero's aren't supposed the kill, so the fact that he killed someone is a big deal to them.
100% but I hate how the villains think lmao like they kill for fun, but when a hero kills you to save the community, the hero is on the same level as a villain somehow.
@@youngbrandonc.ondrums6950they didn't even know that twice never made copies of himself and thought he never made copies of his team. They be forgetting major things lol
The thing with Hawks stabbing Twice is: Generally speaking, heroes aren't supposed to kill other humans like ever. That's why it's a big deal. Of course Hawks did make the right choice. He intended to take Twice alive, even offered to help him start over. Only when faced with the threat of Dabi and Twice, the single biggest threat of the villains due to the ability he has, escaping Hawks made the choice to kill Twice to prevent him from becoming the decisive threat in this battle. If you think Twice, think an army of Dabi, an army of Toga, an army of Shigaraki. Essentially the heroes lose the moment it comes to this. In a way, we can think of Twice like we think of Aizawa - he may not be the strongest on his own (meaning if he didn't have the ability to create doubles of others and people could focus on him), but his quirk is often the catalyst to victory.
@@raulsauceda7392 It's really not, it comes up several times in the series and it's the very reason why Hawks went for him. The real gamechanger is him being able to create doubles from other people. An army of Twice is dangerous, but it can be taken care of decently well because the offensive capabilities are limited to pure numbers. But when you see Twice as a potential army of Dabis incinerating everything and everyone or an army of Shigarakis decaying everything. Sure, massively reduced durability, but an army of those quirk users is just game winning. That's why Twice's support alone would have decided this battle overwhelmingly in favor of the villains. That's how big of a threat he is, but that gets brought up in the series at different points
@@raulsauceda7392 Oh, my bad. Yes, you are 100% right on that. A lot of anime viewers are quite unaware in general, so they even miss stuff like this that essentially gets shoved into their face.
4:32 One thing that irks me is them having a perfectly reasonably explanation for Shiggy coming back to life with the electric shock running through him and then opt to go for "His hatred revived him" bullshit.
As for other series, I wonder - have you considered reacting to Fullmetal Alchemist:Brotherhood, God Of Highschool or Tower of God? Fullmetal:Alchemist is a brilliant story that's extremely well adapted in the anime. And you will probably cry. Tower Of God is really intriguing overall, it's quite an interesting story and I haven't really met anyone who gave it a go and didn't like it. God Of High School may not be the deepest of stories, but the animation is absolutely mindblowing. So much so that for some scenes they used real martial artists with motion capture to give a more realistic hand-to-hand close combat for a portion of a fight. I think you'd enjoy all of them, would definitely give the first 2 a go. Would also love to see them on TH-cam since I'll miss out and probably be upset otherwise lol. Also, FMA:B in particular usually does incredibly well on TH-cam. God of High School and Tower Of God are 1 season each, so they would be done quite quickly. Both are set for a second season so you could capitalise on reacting to those when they're out fresh and hyped if you watch S1 now. FMA:B is finished, it's 64 episodes I believe.
Oh my, I cannot wait for the next episodes! As for Crust, it's not so much implied that he specifically liked Mirko but more that he subscribed to the kind of chivalry and manliness that has him cry for his comrades. But hey, if you wann ship them, you do you!
I don't think crust like miriko he just cares about his friends just the type of person to die saving his friend and give a thumbs up and a smile cause he knows he helped em none of this really matters I just thought that was cool
I hate how they "animated" 45%, it was shown like a huge deal in the manga but in the anime absolutely anyone reacts to it cause it's lack of impact or animation. That is supposed to be half of AM power and it looks like nothing.
14:54 with his upgraded quirk I doubt it really matters if you can fly or not, because any piece that is decaying touches you, you too decay even midair.

Fair enough. We had a whole episode of Endeavor refusing to kill a guy who was begging for it.

@@JewJitSuSixty9 you do know that most of the villain became a villain because of the hero and the society right
Tokoyami and Hawk's bond is low-key one of the most endearing in the series. I would definitely watch a spin-off with them.
Shigaraki lost his 2 fingers with his fight against Re-Destro and plus he could control what he can decay
Shigaraki's power is truly terrifying. They were always powerful and creepy. But now, there something biblical.
Shigaraki can now control what he disintegrates, so he avoided the area around him and the phone.

I feel like its heavily underestimated how powerful his quirk is. Hes considered to be on the same threat level as AFO and Shigaraki.
