White Convert to Islam here 🙋🏻‍♂ - The last thing that lady said about not wanting to say she's a Muslim because it gets complicated after that is true for most converts as well. It's one thing to accept Islam, it's another to have to accept the new community of Muslims. Being affiliated with the cultural traditions and stereotypes of the ethnicity of that local community is also a hurdle. The first Muslim to tell me was Lebanese, the Brother who taught me how to pray and about etiquette was Egyptian. I ended up in a community of Pakistanis, now married with kids. I never thought accepting Islam meant changing my clothes, my food, my travel, my hobbies, my friends, my everything. I know a few people who don't want to become Muslim (not go to the local mosque and join that culture or group) but have accepted that the Quran is truly the word of Allah and the only book that truly describes our creator. In the end, I'm grateful to Allah for giving me the courage to join Islam. I have found such kind and sweet people that I otherwise wouldn't have met if it wasn't for Allah, Alhamdulillah

Great presentation/ service … That ayah about the Big Bang in the Quran, and it’s subtle way , it starts by “ Do not the disbelievers see that Heaven were a closed up mass ….” is amazing …. In its address to them ( disbelievers ) it’s a prophecy to them also , it would be revealed to them - they would scientifically discover it yet - it was indirectly revealed to Muhammad a thousand years before any telescope… I , we , must reflect on this , use it more in tabligh

Thank you for our brothers and sisters who give dawah. Allah swt did not give mass weapons/nucleair weapons to muslims to win the wars of the world but rather love and mercy to serve humanity for the sake of Allah swt. That is how Islam will win all the wars. The only fights allowed in Islam is to defend ourselve and our faith.

Hey brother really enjoy your videos.
    One point:
maybe refer to our book not as holy like the bible and maybe with the literal translation of quran el kerim f.e.

When talking to those who don’t speak the native tongue, I think there’s no harm in using the word “holy” brother. The Christians don’t have a monopoly over that word lol.
Even when we talk about the Ruhul Qudus, we say “The Holy Spirit” in English, thus there’s no harm is using colloquial phraseology.

I can't understand why God needs a throne, if he cannot sit or stand like a human? So does God have a physical presence, that would make god limited? And why is the throne floating on water, is God living in a place with water. which planet is that?

    • @TariqMahmood-qs5wx
      @TariqMahmood-qs5wx 4 หลายเดือนก่อน +6

In actuality, the Arabic word for throne “Arsh”, doesn’t refer to a physical throne as God is not a physical Being. The word Arsh, refers God’s dominion and power. In any kingdom, when a thing is decreed from the “throne of his/her majesty” they are referring not to the physical chair but to the power and authority.
Thus, in actuality, the throne represents the transcendantal attributes of God, which make up His Godhood and Power over all creation. Nowhere is it implied that God is a physical Being. There are many proofs for this in the Holy Qur’an itself:
For example, God says, “I am closer to you than your jugular vein.” Now this doesn’t imply that God has made the neck His home, God forbid. Here, it’s a demonstration God’s closeness to humankind.
In another example, God tells us that He settles Himself on the throne, but then says “And He is with you wheresoever you may be” (57:5). So of course, the understanding is of the majesty of God.
In terms of the throne being on water, of course this isn’t physical water because water is part of the universe, and if God is the Creator of the universe, of course He has to be outside it, for a thing cannot create itself, so this “water” must be outside the universe, if literal. Again, these are similitudes on a transcendental Being, so of course they are explained in this manner. Muslims understood these meanings for hundreds of years. Many examples to give, this word “throne” is just one! God bless.

Arsh the throne is not like a "limited" chair/throne...you can find in the "shopping centre" of heaven or so and now Allah has it and sits there.
      Its definitely not definite. 😂

I'm not a native English speaker, and I understand that "headlines" do not even follow the usual rules of grammar.
But considering that here we have a group of Muslim, going around with cameras and micros, stopping people on the street and trying to engage with them in a conversation about the Muslim's beliefs.... shouldn't this video be titled "MUSLIM CHALLENGE ATHEISTS"?

  • @VaucluseVanguard

Too bad people can't debate these arguments and presuppositions. Holy books don't demonstrate a god. This is just circular logic. Plus, all the other elements that come with religion usually are ridiculous to say the least.
