@@maryfrench8100 Hello Mary! I have been real busy so it’s been hard to take trips and make videos. Hopefully, I can take trips and post more regularly for the rest of the year. As far as the land, costs to develop the land were way more economical than I anticipated. But, it doubled in value a year after I bought it. So, last year I decided to put it on the market and sell it. However, it never sold. So, just last week, I pulled it off of the market. I have decided to resume my plans of trying to develop it one site at a time.
@@bass3587 Yes, very much outta hand. Mine is around $175 for a covered, 30amp electric spot. But, it is quite a distance from me in a more secure area than the one’s near my house.
