I’ve seen that in Luke as well when he’s talking or teaching something he uses precise knowledge and bold statements to support his position. And I’ve been watching his videos trying to apply and adapt to that mindset. I’ve joined the waiting list for his Capital Club and am looking forward to applying the knowledge in real time.

🎯 Key Takeaways for quick navigation:
00:00 🌅 Your morning routine matters. Luke Belmar emphasizes the importance of preparing for a good night's sleep, including intermittent fasting, fixed sleep schedules, and starting the day with a 20-minute walk to set intentions.
04:05 🌄 Consistency is key. Colin Juron follows a disciplined morning routine consistently for five years, focusing on high-frequency music, gratitude journaling, actionable tasks, reading, and breathwork to prime himself for success.
07:35 ⚠️ Avoid poisoning your progress. The speakers highlight the importance of eliminating negative habits and environments that hinder personal growth. Set intentions and align your actions with your goals to achieve success.
11:46 🧠 Adopt a growth mindset. Develop a framework to observe, hypothesize, test, and draw conclusions from the data around you. Continuously learn and adapt to improve yourself intellectually, spiritually, and physically.
14:21 🌟 Build your gravitational pull. Focus on enhancing your reputation, authenticity, and habits to attract success. Eliminate distractions and align your actions with your desired outcomes to achieve personal growth.
19:40 🚫 Discipline is essential. Establish complete alignment between your thoughts, actions, and words to build discipline. Use accountability, such as sharing your journey on social media, to hold yourself to your goals.
21:05 🌟 Consistency is key: Doing what you say you'll do every day not only improves yourself but sets an example for others and creates a positive habit loop.
22:00 💰 Focus on serving, not just making money: Success and wealth come from serving and helping others, not just chasing money.
23:38 🛤️ Sacrifice and focus: Sometimes, you may need to temporarily distance yourself from friends or family to follow your true purpose, but it doesn't have to be permanent.
27:10 🌊 Avoid self-sabotage: Many people self-sabotage when they achieve success, but it's essential to maintain discipline and stay neutral through the ups and downs of life.
29:55 🙏 Express gratitude: Stay humble and continuously express gratitude for your successes, acknowledging that it's not just about you.
30:33 🙌 Gratitude for support: Recognize the support of others, and understand that it's a collective effort rather than solely an individual achievement.
34:48 🔑 Focus on self-improvement: The only real path to success is through continuous self-improvement, which involves improving your skills, mindset, and personal development.
37:46 💡 Consistency over shortcuts: Avoid get-rich-quick schemes and instead commit to consistent effort and personal development.
41:38 🚢 Be sincere and congruent: Align your thoughts, actions, and words to be a person of integrity and authenticity. Sincerity is about standing true and authentic in the face of life's challenges.

When Luke talked about the guy who do excited things, I think he is referring to the dopamine rush, when you experience a huge good emotion you will receive huge bad emotion as well to balance, we have this thing called base line on dopamine.
Since Luke talked about 3 Newton law's, this started making sense in my head. I looked to this law and for me this only could apply in physics, but I grew up and I notice as 18 years old I started looking at things in different perspectives which is very good.
    -
I'm getting knowledge from this brilliant people and by that I have to develop skills to improve myself.
Learning from this people is so much better than staying in school hours and hours. Here I feel I love learning, is like Luke said : "you hate books, because you have been forced to read things you don't enjoy or you don't have interest. "
    -
I hope I can download more data sets from all this brilliant people and there for I will make my own plan to achieve abundance in life.
    -
    Thank you all!!

Great video, I agree with almost everything. And it's always better to start early on. Like having no money when you are young is probably the worst thing possible. That was me, but at least now when I am 29, I have really good income from e-commerce. Of course, it wasn't easy at the start, but as soon as I got some good products, with real value to my customers, to sell (I am using a little bit of winnerzila as my source of products), everything started getting better for me. Anyways thanks for inspiration, keep doing your best.

So, like they said I stay 40 min without phone and it's so amazing be aware of yourself, you are present in the moment.
When I go to sleep I always put high frequency (it's been 1 year ago) and I became so addicted to this, because you feel in the next morning even better.
In the night with this type of frequencys you are molding your unconscious mind (in this case for better).

I feel one Of the greatest challenges that we first timers face in the ma rket is that we end up losing all we have, making it difficult to find ourselves back to our feet. My biggest advice is to always seek the services of a professional just like I did when I ventured into it for the first time. Big thanks to Alvarez Micheal. I now make huge profits by weekly through his services while still learning to stand on my own.

They are filling their bodies with alcohol and drugs. I am impressed that you three are drinking water. That’s my kinda of hanging out. Speaking wise information and drinking water.

    Like Alex Hormozi says -
    People work.
    Sacrifice.
    Then get rich.
    Then get time.
Then fill their time with weird routines.
Then forget how they got rich in the 1st place.
Then tell others the weird routines made them rich…rather than what they did.
    Which is whatever it took.
    Not a 3hr morning routine.

#UNDENIABLE all the way from south Africa. I changed my thinking it changed my life. I am grateful i have changed my frequency to that which easily attracts such type of information for i know many wish to stumble upon such but because of of their low vibrational frequency all they keep attracting is content that match their vibration. The next step to my change now is actually being ( in 3D or physically ) the person i think, believe and say I Am.

sincere also comes from wax being placed over messages scratched into lead. the wax was used to write a fake message over the top of the real one beneath - this way communications could be sent to generals without the messenger reading it. so a message 'without wax' was the true intention.

#Undeniable The three of you guys all have different atories and different missions but the similarities and shared circumstances and habits routines and commitment are the foundation of everything. It shows all of us that the basics build the foundation and the foundation is all that matters. You build the right foundation you can build the worlds highest skyscraper. You guys are all soaring high. Im building a solid foundation now because my old foundation wasnt solid and not built on the right things and the building i built collapsed but im building a foundation now that will be unshakable and aligning myself to achieve so much more than i thought was even possible before. I know i will achieve it because im going to grind day in and day out and plow through every obstacle and setback and use them as building blocks of development to build my own skyscaper no matter what it takes
