Now I'm kicking myself in the butt...because I passed up on some of these molds at the thrift store. You have one of the best channel here on TH-cam...tfs
Your info box is soooo nicely explained. It's very thoughtful of u to take time n do such a helpful written details Hats off to you n ur efforts 👌👌👌👏👏👏👏👏👏
Thank you for sharing the candy melt techniques. My niece, Jewel and I followed your videos to make some candy using Girl Scout molds, and were a big hit!
Great vid, Tammy. I'm going to have to try the oreo treat -- they look quite simple. Love seeing a youtuber from Northern ON -- makes things so much easier when you're using ingredients/brands common to Ontario. (I'm in N. Western ON).
I've tried making those chocolate covered strawberry pops for my mom last year on Mother's Day. And when I dipped the strawberries in the chocolate they wouldn't stick to the inside part. even if I dried them off the best I could. I wish they would've worked. they're so cute 😊
This is my favorite video of yours, so far :D Maybe it's because it's that time of the month for me lol but i also think because this was "picture perfect", so.to.say ;) Definite like and favorite also so i can watch it again later too ;D
The Oreo ones are delicious :) I had those at my baby shower, but they had little baby feet instead of the hearts. Everyone complimented on how nice they looked.
1. I just love your videos. 2. You should make peanut butter meltaways with those hallow ones. Put two together and seal them with more melted chocolate 3 coconut oil would be a good thing to use to thin the chocolate down a bit. It would give an oh so subtle hint of coconut.
Omg you're seriously my favourite TH-camr, I've been watching you since you like started and I swear I have watched every video lol is that sad:/ idk lol but I think you're an amazing youtuber xxx love you xxx
Ahhh the detail work looks tedious! props to you for doing it! The oreos came out super cute! How come you didn't show putting another layer to cover the cookie? Are you supposed to? Anywho, great video! I love that you cover all the molds!
Hello I have to questions about 1.I put chocolate in freezer? Or can they be room temperature? And 2. Do the have to grease the chocolate molds to get the chocolate out easier?
They are fine at room temperature unless you live in a very hot climate. You can lightly grease the mold with a little cooking spray if you want. I find that if you chill your mold after filling until completely chilled they should pop out cleanly without greasing, none of the ones in this video were greased.
You say you can melt them in the microwave in the container like a squeeze bottle or bag. Did you pour the candy melts in after you melted or melted in the ziploc? I'm going to be making candy melt monkey lollipops and I've never used candy melts. Just regular chocolate and that was a disaster both times so I thought I'd ask
Ok. Thank you!. This video came at perfect timing since I'll be making an abundant amount of chocolate lollipops for a baby shower. So now I'm not so scared to do it
+seengkeet I use Merckens brand melt and you rarely have to thin them out with shortening unless they aren't very fresh. I usually have to thin the Wilton brand for most of the colours.
do people actually enjoy the flavor of candy melts, or is it really just used for decoration purposes? i tried them one time, and it just had this taste of very cheap chocolate, not very good.
No, microwaves (well atleast here in the u.s) have different powers, you can turn it up to 100 or as low as 20. Depending on how fast you want to cook, or by how the food needs to be cooked.
In your opinion, do you Like the taste of candy melts? I understand that they're convenient, but I used them for cake pops and they don't taste that good. I'm a fan of chocolate and this doesn't do it for me, so yoyomax, do you Like the taste of them? They remind me of gross Halloween chocolates....

It's just amazing
From where u got that gorgeous moulds
Can I start making this now and save for February in the fridge?
if you can't find cream, can you use cool whip? for the chocolate mousse?
Yes you can, but because cool whip has sugar added your mousse will be a bit sweeter
Omg you're seriously my favourite TH-camr, I've been watching you since you like started and I swear I have watched every video lol is that sad:/ idk lol but I think you're an amazing youtuber xxx love you xxx
Thank you Rebecca!
Fill the little cups with a peanut butter mixture & then a layer of chocolate & you have homemade reese's cups!
I like it
Awesome! Thanks for suggestion. But, where can I find the mold like this? What is the name of it?
4:01 "I just kind of w-jiggled it in a bit"
Ahhh the detail work looks tedious! props to you for doing it! The oreos came out super cute! How come you didn't show putting another layer to cover the cookie? Are you supposed to? Anywho, great video! I love that you cover all the molds!
The extra layer is optional, I have tried making them both ways. The actual packaging instructions suggests that you don't.
I like your introduction it's cute
Hello I have to questions about 1.I put chocolate in freezer? Or can they be room temperature? And 2. Do the have to grease the chocolate molds to get the chocolate out easier?

I'm going to be making candy melt monkey lollipops and I've never used candy melts. Just regular chocolate and that was a disaster both times so I thought I'd ask
you have to take a microwaveable dish and melt your candy melts in there then after you can pour the melted candy melts into a piping bag.
Ok. Thank you!. This video came at perfect timing since I'll be making an abundant amount of chocolate lollipops for a baby shower. So now I'm not so scared to do it
Hello! Do you mix your candy melts with shortening in this video? Thanks =)

They're alright id prefer to have them with cake at least by them selves isn't as great
What do u mean by "cook them at 50% power"? Aren't those what the old microwaves had where u had to heat it by power instead of the default heat? Lol
No, microwaves (well atleast here in the u.s) have different powers, you can turn it up to 100 or as low as 20. Depending on how fast you want to cook, or by how the food needs to be cooked.
yeah I live in the u.s so we don't have "powers" so idk wut it means lol

In your opinion, do you Like the taste of candy melts? I understand that they're convenient, but I used them for cake pops and they don't taste that good. These will totally ruin my teeth enamel! D:
Is this Melissa McCarthys voice
Intro was really disturbing, lol
Qué mencata pero siento muncho no lo entiendo 😱😱😱
Please stop using the horse opening. Your food always looks amazing but the horse tongue licking thing just is so unappetizing.
You don't eat the horse, so you should be okay.
