I've watched a number of these Tribute to Jeff Beck videos. And my hat is off to Rod Stewart. He was the only one up there with no guitar and the only pure vocalist. He made it work.
Isn't it odd that Ronnie is the only Stone participating ? To see him and Rod together again on such a sad occasion almost brought me to tears. The anniversary of Jeff "deciding to go do something new" is Jan. 10. Rock out for Jeff !!
I sure hope Rod is going to heaven because when sings that song it is so powerful. I have goosebumps and chills down my arms . He got Happy singing that and crowd was excited also

This was about Jeff whom thank the lord I saw in October before he passed so all I can say is I applaud everyone for trying under the circumstances to not cry while playing or singing God bless all of you 🙏❤

Rod still has an awesome voice & this is vocal is simply amazing No one has a voice like him & I put him in the same league as Otis Cooke & any other amazing soul singer Britain has some really great singers like Dusty/ Jaguar / Lennon / Bush / Duffy and many others but the most distinctive of all is Rod I find it difficult too call him Sir as I feel I’m addressing my big brother, simply because he’s been in my life since I was thirteen years old, but he’s a Sir for good reason
Love the guitars in this concert, especially Rhonda Smith on bass, but Rod and Imelda brought the Heart and Soul in that order, without their talents and emotional intelligence, it would have been a little mawkish.

Rod was definitely incredible. Check out Imelda May who was vocals only… she was terrific as well.
