Amber so robbed. This premier was great, although the votes could’ve been better. It was amazing seeing all these winners back, Tony and Sandra working together, YUL back and running the game. Tyson was my preseason winner pick, and I’m still feeling it, as he was getting votes at one point, but said he would go into ‘survival mode’ and managed to take all of the votes off of him. So right now tyson’s my winner pick, I like everyone except sarah though!

Brandon Jones More like Imagine starting off on old school Golden Survivor- outback one of the most memorable and treasured seasons to this day. asking to come back for epic All stars season when you really didn’t deserve to come back at all, but fate would have it she needed to meet her future husband who is Survivors most iconic contestant now. Gets 4 kids and will always be famous by proxy in Survivor world. Survivor has been very good to Amber. It’s Rob Cesterino that had it bad.
I was not surprised with Amber being the primary target, but those first few votes Jeff read briefly made me think that Kim would be booted almost unanimously.
@Nicholas Velasco Amber staying would've been interesting, but (because of her voteoff) Boston Rob's campaign to avenge Amber by eliminating Sandra despite being on opposite tribes is very interesting anyway.

It's such a shame she left so early after 16 years tbh. Would have been interested to see her play without Rob being a factor, didn't have a chance and that's upsetting.
I know people love Rob, but I wish he hadn't returned. Not only bc he already played 4 times and was heavily featured on a fifth season, but I would preferred it if Amber was playing by herself.
The earlier they get voted off, the more chances they have to collect the 5 fire tokens needed to get back in the game. So Amber still has a chance to get back into the game.

No this was yuls win. Sandra doesn't have any numbers. She and Tony oddly enough are the closest. Yul however cemented himself with nick, sophie, Wendell, tony, sara, and because of Sandra's in your face nature, she gets the heat from tyson and kim who will want her out next. She ain't winning.

@Sally Vee That's the point. Yes he is. However Sandra tales the heat because her aggressiveness puts the heat on her. That idol only keeps her safe at the next two tribals. After she uses it, they vote her out.
I was not ready to lose Kim this early right after Losing Natalie so when those Amber votes popped up I was so relieved

Sandra was the one behind this vote....she wanted to get back at Boston Rob for what she sees as a betrayal. Namely he said he wasn't going to play and he was.....she was even telling people this. Voting out Amber means it hurts him....the one person he can trust is no longer around...and separating the power couple.
I really like Sandra, she shows how dangerous she's still can be. Boston Rob had just to say to her at the Island of the Idols : By the way, I will compete in the next season. Please don't vote out my bride.

Chris Vargas actually she is playing a fabulous game. She’s using the “mommy card” and she’s still very likable and flirtatiously sociable with her connections and interactions. Even in the pre-season party, she radiated and transcended so much positivity like her body language was full force that you can’t deny she made it very far in the game and possibly in the FTC‼️

Sally Vee there’s always a reason why someone should go, doesn’t matter if she’s bad at challenges, people will still wanna take her out. This first episode showed that people are already looking out for her and are ready to take her out ASAP. It may not make sense to you but these winners know what’s up and they probably won’t let her make the merge of they’re smart

It’s on for Kim now, you can see her fuse lit when she realizes it’s Amber and not her. I really hope it’s one of those wake up calls and that she’ll make a run out of it.
Kim is dangerous...both physically and strategically….she probably now try to target someone that wanted her out. I mean she dominated her season and never knew what it was like to be on the other end. I could imagine if Colton did fake his condition...she would have got him eliminated. It would have been great to picture it.
This premiere episode of Winners at War was everything. A masterpiece. Two shocking tribals and so much gameplay. The music was also spot on. One of the best premieres ever

Had a feeling something like this would probably happen. If I was Sandra, watch out for the Robfather LOL. Overall, good premiere. I have a feeling EOE might be better this time around and the fire tokens are already having an impact. The winners season is off to a good start. Lets keep it rolling.

The truth is that the earlier you are voted out, the more opportunities they have to collect fire tokens amd get back in the game. So it isn't over yet. I'd love for both Natalie and Amber to get their 2nd chance.

All the players are dumb to vote for her, she is Rob's weakness, Rob is the real threat in this couple, having Amber in the game makes the other tribe want to get rid of Rob. Now Rob's target size has decreased , such a dumb move because he is the obvious threat. And now he has his wife that will fight for him in edge of extinction , giving all advantages she can get to Rob.
But in the pre merge, you have to start by looking at the current situation, if you try to look too far into the future you'll get screwed over.

I am not going to lie, I was nervous for Kim, I really want her to win and they way Tyson is so willing to go against his alliance with her scares me
I hope something shifts because I'm not gonna be a fan of just watching Yul and his alliance pick people off one-by-one, especially since I like Tyson and Kim.

@@zedwhy371 If Sandra, Tony, Sarah, Kim, and Tyson are smart, they would form a counter voting block and vote out someone from Yul's alliance (since a 4 people alliance is lethal). I doubt that will happen tho since Tony also seems close to Yul.

Sophie, Yul, Tyson and Sarah are in total control of the tribe, and as soon at the others realize that it would be a demise....right now, Sandra, Nick AND Tony are total minority
They had to show loyalty to the major alliance and show that they can be worked with. Hopefully they break up that alliance of Yul, Sophie, Nick, amd Wendell. I prefer seeing Tyson and Kim go far instead of those four (although I really do like Nick). I'm not Yul's biggest fan, but he impressed me so much with his strategic moves.

It wasn't just Sandra that made Kim scramble though and Sandra is the queen for a reason but voting Amber off was a bad move. These new schoolers are obviously aiming to gun down the old schoolers and Sandra the master strategist that she is making a move out of taking things in her own words "PERSONALLY" just shows that this was a dumb move on her part.
@Lucien if you are responding to me hear me out. Its very obvious the new school players are planning to gun down the old school players. So it would be smart to a degree on the old school players to have as many numbers as possible. Sandra made a decision out of personal matters when in the terms of gameplay Kim or Tyson would have been better to vote out since they are big threats even as winners (and i like Kim). Plus in recent seasons early tribal swaps always happen and in Sandras last season playing a tribal swap sent her packing. Yes Amber is a part of a marriage dou Kim and Tyson were bigget threats in terms of gameplay. Plus you never know what could happen in a tribal early swap but usually the tribe (and alliances) with the lesser numbers loose more.

That pre-tribal council edit made it appear that Kim was the obvious choice to go home, but I know they do those type of edits to make it more surprising to the viewers when the votes are actually read. I thought Tyson was going to get blindsided. But once Sandra said, "For a million dollars, we are willing to do anything even if it costs us friendships" I knew she was speaking of her friendship with Rob, so that was the hint that Amber was going home.

I'd disliked Amber ever since All Stars and Amazing Race but seeing her searching the jungle for an idol in her Mom shorts was so heartwarming. It was such a relief to finally let go of my issues with her and I was legit heartbroken to see her leave so early.

Now that the first and second vote offs are done... I believe i have a gut feeling that Amber would have tried what she did with Rob had she stayed. And im surprised not even YUL of all people got votes. Damn he is actually quite safe now too.

Expected this....I think they might send rob to extinction fourth or fifth so that there is a guarantee that they both don’t make the merge....and if rob comes back then just send him back immediately so that is another guarantee that they both can’t make it to that final tribal

I regret rooting against Amber in the beginning of this season, I was just worried that she and Rob would end up dominating the season again, but looking back, it was pretty cruel how the others never even gave her or Ethan a chance to play the game again after so long.
