I always check google/yelp reviews cause I wanna know what others that have been there think. If there's smoke there's fire as my gma used to say lol. But if i find a good restaurant I always give a good review! Because I try to frequent small businesses they definitely deserve a shout out if they give good service and have a quality product whatever it may be. Small businesses need the community's help especially since trying to recover from the pandemic.
There so many restaurants , "Just shut them down" , but when you do, then you see them apply for another license under someone else's name.. now..."Under new mgmt"....the roaches didn't get the memo.....lol
its not even the C grade that bothers me the most (though thats horrible) its the fact that its closed off an boarded up like the outside people are roaches and they dont want in there store, that infuriates me. as a customer why would anyone wanna go to a place that doesnt want your kind in there store as a guest?
I once drove a mobile kitchen that catered to the film industry, the truck was brand new and so was all the equipment on board. All catering trucks have to have a current Health inspection certificate and so the new one was inspected at the truck depot so any last minute changes could be made. The truck passed with flying colours and the inspector told us it was best laid mobile kitchen he'd seen. The first job for that truck was on the 007 film the Spy Who Loved Me and I drove it from Pinewood Studios Buckinghamshire UK to Cairo and The Valley of the Kings, Egypt and back. So why didn't the trailer on the guys drive have a Health certificate, BEFORE he started trading.
Do you believe health district gave A,B,C or D. I see some place get an A and it should not be. I wonder is the inspector in on the money under table!. Back than we never have until city have mandate (Health Inspection) try it and made money. See how funny it is.

Meanwhile chickas sell tacos out of minivans everywhere and never get caught because it's not a food service vehicle to be noticed. People sell food on Facebook now with no license or store front. Making it in there garage

I've seen a restaurant get a D grade but still have a long line up to the end of the street.
