So many insights to better back bending.. I was clapping at the end of it.. Opening of hip flexors and strength in quads help in Backbending - thanks much for such valuable info..
I was used for demonstration for adjusting camel during the last day of a teacher training...I was sleeping in the room above the studio...the next morning I couldn’t walk down the stairs my thighs were sooo sore. Forget about practicing! Ha! Just a story to be mindful when strengthening your thighs....blessings and thank you. This was very helpful.

Good video. I am considering a 1 week vacation with my wife..we are not hard core ashtanga practitioners but have done some yoga classes . Question about Purple Valley stay.. i understand it is vegetarian . Can one get Goan fish curry and rice delivered or within walking distance ?
