Christchurch helicopter fire fighters - handheld stabilised zoom filming

Fire and smoke is visible from around the hills. We captured footage from multiple fire fighter helicopters, trying to extinguish the fires.
Fires in Christchurch New Zealand in and around Port Hills, Dyers Pass, Victoria Park and near Cashmere. The fires are ongoing and moving further at this moment.

Off topic but worth mentioning for film makers:
This footage was recorded with a Sony AX53 camcorder. I used both the Intelligent auto mode as sometimes the digital zoom (over 20x). This entire handheld video is made without any tripod or support. So far, there is no other camera on the market this size, able doing this.
