oh I hope you and your family enjoy it! meringue lasts for a few days! but it won't be smooth anymore if you store it then put it on the tart the next day, it'll clump up and won't have that great of a texture 😢 I'd honestly recommend spooning or piping the meringue onto the lemon tart the moment you make the meringue, it'll set well on the tart that way and it'll look good too!
I wanted to make lemon tarts and came here for the full recipe. I have never made a lemon curd like this before. It is very different and the curd looks so smooth. Im going to try this soon.

this is an 8 inch ring! and the pan I used in my previous video was a 9 inch pan. the curd fills the 8 inch pan with just a little left over and it fills the 9 inch almost perfectly well

I didn’t have a tart pan so I ended up making it in a ramekin. It’s a little ugly but it worked
