I just came back from checking about Pulseman, and it's pretty amusing to find out that the Volteccer vs Volteccer battle is basically the same as Gunvolt vs Asimov.
1) Complete Sunrise Palace 1 on Demanding difficulty to unlock the Might Nova image pulse 2) Equip the above passive image pulse. 3) Turn on Story Mode + if you disabled it previously in order to have more dialogue in the upcoming Nova boss. 4) Select “World Moebius” stage, and before/while Moebius uses his “Damnatio Memoriae” special attack, switch to Gunvolt and intentionally get hit by the massive portal attack. You have to switch to Gunvolt for it to work.
Honestly i love these Ways to unlock things, like the hard difficulty in LAIX2. Feels like these oldschool Rumors you used to talk about on playgrounds etc. You wouldn't even think about doing that.

You have to have the Nova IP Passive then when Moebius does Damnatio Memoria swap to GV and run into the attack.
