Cliff playing Blackened 😵This all feels like a weird dream where I go see Metallica at the local school picnic, and they're Metallica...but not quite Metallica...

For us that were fortunate enough to see Metallica back in the late 80s early 90s remember the guitar tones, the on stage energy, Lars playing in time and Kirk actually nailing solos. These guys done it.
Yea it's pretty good. I saw Metallica justice tour December 18 1988 San Francisco cow palace with queensryche opening. What a show.
Like Lars doesn't still play blackened much better than this.

Yeah but you can see that they tuned the kicks waaaaaay low. The resonant head of the one kick we can see is moving so much.

Bassist is a pretty solid mix of Cliff and Jason. Like, Cliff's asthetic with Jason's headbanging and vocals
Cliff had banger backing vocals though. Can be heard several times during Creeping death played in London 1986.
At 4:17 and onwards you can hear Cliff on backing vocals screaming 'die'

This was a MILLION times better than I was expecting it to be. I loved everything about this, really felt like I was watching James and Cliff in the 80s. I'd definitely go see these guys live

I saw them on the justice tour December 1988 cow palace San Francisco it was killer show. I also saw Ozzy diary of a madman with Randy the first show of the tour December 29 1981 cow Palace..my first concerts. I have seen so many great shows there it seeing Randy play was the highlight.
Go see The Four Horsemen sometime. I guarantee you won't be disappointed.
The real Metallica is closer.
Ok this band needs a TON more recognition. They should be playing much more than a freaking picnic!!! The guitar tones, the looks, the outfits, the energy. Its all there! Hopefully these guys are seen more.

So for one last time they got to play as " Metallica" before it all changed.

I've seen these guys live and they are absolutely the epitome of old Metallica. And they're a bunch of really really cool dudes. I'm glad that they're getting more and more exposure. And they're just sounding better and better not that they sounded bad at all when I saw them a few years ago but I guess practice makes perfect. One hell of a good job blistered Earth, keep doing your thing guys, I'll see you when you roll back into town.🤘🤘

Oh man that Cliff is throwing me off on Blackened 😂 Like, this is totally Cliff Em All -esque footage, but with the Jason windmill from Seattle ‘89. Very cool though. It was a dream of mine from the time I was 14 back in 1991. Can’t believe how many tributes have popped up in the last 7-8 years. It’s insane. They’re getting better and better.
