It does look like a bulky puddle jumper. I’d say you could shrink the galley down to a stack with a fridge, a microwave and a sink at one end of the aft bay and a double bunk at the other. Unless you want hot bunking. You probably only need sleeping and food accommodations for long flights which probably won’t be consistent with much cargo for a ship like this. Then again, ISS missions on Soyuz pack the crew in like sardines and fill the OM with cargo, so…
When needs must.
One idea on the landing gear: The landing skids need to exend further out/down so they make contact first and then they compress back up a bit as the ships full weight is settled on the landing gear. This extension and compression combo helps visually convey to the viewer that the spaceship has some serious mass to it. Just a thought. Great work as always!
