What a wonderful way to express our sadness, Oliver - I've loved Sabine ever since she first popped up on my radar thanks to that famous Top Gear van 'incident' and her skills and humour never failed to impress and entertain.
Probably more than just one lap ahead in my case...RIP to a fantastic person...

@@simonlloyd7557 Obviously you either did not hear or don't remember there were actually cars competing against Kremer 935 k3 thinking its a fair game. That car was glass ceiling specially during qualifications.
Who couldn’t love Sabine! A sad loss. She always was full of life! Tiff kept mispronouncing her name... she was a very special person!

So sad to hear that she passed away. I never knew she was ill. Brilliant person and driver with so much charm and humour. RIP Sabine may God take you into His arms. 🙏❤️😢
What a joy she was. I remember her filming for Top Gear at the Nurburgring with Hammond in the Transit van. She showed every bit of joy and passion then as she did just now with Tiff. Then I guess every day is a joy when you get to live your passion! She's an inspiration to everyone, and sorely missed.
These two had real chemistry. I love how they teased and encouraged each other. It is fun watching these fantastic drivers and their true friendship
I really think they didn’t . Thought tiff came across as somewhat patronising actually. Thought Sabine not comfortable with him .

I watched the video smiling from ear to ear because i liked it so much while having a tear in my eyes because i know she passed away this week.

Good bye Queen , you were definitely one of the fastest , most natural drivers out there. You'll be missed , and it's always sad to hear that someone had to suffer through cancer, and then it still takes you. Not fair, but a reality of this world. Be in peace.
Obviously she was a great driver. It it's her enthusiasm and sense of fun that I loved the most though. She just seemed so full of life.
Such a beautiful bright natural soul that lifted ones spirit and kept giving her very best to people and her passions in life. Her warmth, engaging personality and achievements will not be easily forgotten, how a local girl shone brightly.

When someone at work told me that sabine schmitz had died I said no you must be joking YES she was blonde a female but she was just so beautiful, all that day I was feeling so sad I just can't believe it the problem is I want her to live forever she is just so beautiful.
