I use cheap Core 2 Quad machines for LAN parties (Doom, Quake, Unreal Tournament 1999 and 2004, etc.) and just as general daily driver machines.
I've rid myself of my "Microsoft abuser" when support for Windows 7 ended - I had been using Linux since 1996 but since moving to Gentoo Linux in 2003 it has been my main OS and Gentoo will run on "any old cr*p".
I have a couple Dell Optiplex PCs that were originally Core 2 Duo systems and I ended up putting a C2Q Q6600 in one machine and a Q8200 in another. Those two are SFF machines which only take low profile cards, so for GPUs I put in cheap Dell OEM Radeon 340 or 430 cards with 2GB RAM in them - together with a 120GB SSD, they work extremely well.
Modern AAA gaming has been "dead" to me for 10 years now, I have no interest in cr*ppy and recycled "games as a service" - I play retro, indie and pre-2010 games and I can get them all to run on Linux on machines of this calibre (though I have a few older Core i5 and i7 PCs too).
I've been building and repairing computers for several decades now, plus my day job has always been in technical IT roles, and these days I get far more out of getting old hardware working again (under Linux) than I do building new machines with new hardware which, let's face it, loses 75% of its value with a year anyway.
I've just discovered your channel, interesting content and just subscribed.
A happy New Year to you also!

No only for low end or esports Gaming. For normal Gaming you should get at least a i5 quad core or six core cpu

As Alex notes, for modern gaming I wouldn't recommend for anything outside of casual esports games, or something like WOW classic.
