I never had any idea that farming had so many processes like this. You and Zach have to be so dedicated to this to not have it make you crazy. I do appreciate your sharing with us so that people like me can better understand. I also like the personal part of these videos where you show your love for your dogs and cats (OMG -you have so many cats - I love it). I had an okay Christmas. Since losing my wife two years ago it is just me and my dog. All my family has moved away. But I still have some friends in my veteran group, and one in particular who I went to school with who invites me to Christmas dinner (also Thanksgiving). My Christmas shopping list is very short, only one now and she is on the east coast (I'm on the west coast).
Find the exact center of the bar. Check every way you can. Then measure across the whole bar marking row centers. Do not measure row to row or you can get way off. The more exact everything is the better it will pull. The depth the units run in the ground will affect the parallel bar adjustments. Look in the operators manual for starting point for this. Y'all can do this. Rig up a lift to be safe and not hurt your self's. Take your time.
@@royl9858 Myself I want to thank you for you critical information you were willing to share with Zach and JoJo . This is what it’s all about is helping each other . This is what life is all about out and I appreciate your kindness and willingness to share. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. You Rock my friend. Dewey Michigan.
Jo, I love being able to watch the day to day, season to season things that need to be done on a large farm. Thanks so much for sharing these things with us. It is heart warming to see you two work together with you being willing to learn and he being willing to teach. Happy New Year to the both of you!!!
Hey lady when I see you smile operating that JD Tractor I think of that website “ Farmers Only”. You are “ outstanding in your field, literally “. My JD Tractor turned 49 this new year. Still runs like the day it was new. ❤ Hugs 2U.
It's amazing how much I am learning about soii will probably never do.. but ..with that said... There is something mesmerizing about knowing the process of putting things together that keeps me tuned in.
Zach you seem to have the mechanical abitliy but y’all be careful so no one gets injured. Y’all are in my prayers. May God Bless y’all and bless the crops and the labor that’s involved. Also if you had a lazer you could get the center on your bar. Use your head and not your back. Be safe!! Dewey Michigan.
Maybe you could put short chains on them and use your forklift to pick them up and carry to the bar and hold them while you put the u bolts on. If you were thinking about moving the adjustment bolts, have you got room to do it after mounted on bar. Might want to also measure how much higher the hitch is on the tractor you are going to pull with. Raising the front end of trailer is going to lower the backend. You was thinking about running a string from front to back to check center. Could be good idea, get two separate measurements and set them correctly once.
Thanks again for including the set up and reasoning behind what you are doing. Makes it so much easier to follow along. Zach has a knack for just enough info without writing a book, with proper kitty pets inserted where needed LOL!!!
Glad you had a nice time over Christmas and you're both now healthy. Too all the other's that are getting spammed on Facebook by fake JoJo's, report them. I've been notified that 3 I've reported have been removed. Drop in the bucket but it's a start.
What a great lesson, talking through it is a great way to work through a situation that is new to you. And sharing the information and insights is immensely important
About the blue pottery. Early settlers lived on small ackerage, self supporting farmstead. Probably the land you farm had several homestead s. The 1930s thinned out to what is now considered wilderness.
JoJo. when you are lifting the unit so the u bolts fit correctly dont use your back. Take a block of wood and a crowbar and push down on the bar with the other end under the back "wheel" to lift the unit into place.
Great seeing you again and I always enjoy your working relationship with Zach, the patience, kindness, and care you have for each other. Your happiness and smile are proof of the quality of your character. We enjoyed Christmas in Western Kansas with our kids and grandkids, and had to endure the foggy days 😂 Wishing you a wonderful and productive 2025💯🌹♥️
Well I’m not a farmer, but I’m finding this really interesting, all I’ve done in life is rebuild/refurbish car engines as a hobby, thank you Jojo and hubby 👍
@On-TeIe-graM_YTubeJojo_Snow I deleted JoJo I'm going back watching car builds nice knowing u by by no telegram lol I'm over JoJo I got go by by lol be like ur late hubby rest in peace ✌️
Simple cherry picker for the shop would be safer and possibly save you and your equipment from fall damage? Maybe even a jib craneoff the wall, minor investment that would pay off bigtime! Keep farming! KUDOS!
You need wheel jacks, you put them underneath the wheels 💕and push your huge pieces of steel into place, they are made for cars, push them where ever😀💕Hope it helps
place them all with the most correct spacing possible, then with the help of the forklift make the necessary inclinations adjustments. thats how I 'd do it.
A cherry picker might be worth a try maneuvering row units. But this operation is clearly a more than a husband and wife team need to be doing themselves.
can't wait to see you guys Have a great New Year 🍾 Jojo you are so awesome and cool 🕶️ like and subscribe share this out y'all love and peace ✌️ to all

Zach's patience is outstanding. Showing a person something and doing his part too is double work, but she's learning.
Focus and patience--- essential factors. In today's world of short attention spans, a farmer is much more. AND Jojo is an amazing person!

Right, just like cutting joists using the same pattern each time.

You Look So Happy, I Love That Big Ole Smile !! We All Love You and 2025 Is Going To Be A Great Year.

Wow u r very lucky to have someone like her to be helping you! Wow!

Love all the cats supervising!
Invest in an overhead chain hoist. If not, try an engine hoist with wheels.
I came here to say that!
@@thomasdragosr.841 So did I
The cat with a tape measure would be a ruler

Nice how well you guys are working together. Stay safe.
This style is perfection! ✨ Absolutely stunning!
Balance in All things. 🙏👍🐕🦺🇺🇲
Have a Blessed New Year.
I would use that fork lift for placing the row units. If not, maybe get an engine lift.
She's such a stunning angel!
Jojo your so fantastic never stop being you!
That's a god man that likes your cat's! Keep him!!
So we got most of our health back to normal before the New Year! 🍻👏🏻🍻
How smart and mind strength your man is just fantsatic!
Your making new memories with Zach on a daily basis!
Most people have no idea how much mechnical aptitude it takes to farm, even with this awsome equipment!
Teamwork makes for a smooth process!
That looks like back breaking work for both of you, but Zack is a great teacher!
Natural elegance, wow, stunning.
You need to get your main frame and bar level first, then make adjustments as needed! Otherwise you just guessing!
So glad you 2 had a merry Christmas and Zack glad you are so patient with Jordan, you lots of good nerves
Well I’m not a farmer, but I’m finding this really interesting, all I’ve done in life is rebuild/refurbish car engines as a hobby, thank you Jojo and hubby 👍
Forget transit use tape measure from each side of axle to square up and center
I Love y'all Happy New Year you have a pretty cool job have a Lovely day.🎊🎊🎊🎊🎊🎉🎉🎆🎆
Forklift use it built a portable chain hoist 😅
@On-TeIe-graM_YTubeJojo_Snow I deleted JoJo I'm going back watching car builds nice knowing u by by no telegram lol I'm over JoJo I got go by by lol be like ur late hubby rest in peace ✌️
My father was a farmer in the Danville, KS area until drafted late in WW Il.
You can do it. You rock❤
Ah yes the ole Deeeeewalt XR. Mines got the same battle scars 🤣🤣
Good luck putting the row units on
Beutiful smile and true nature
Simple cherry picker for the shop would be safer and possibly save you and your equipment from fall damage? Maybe even a jib craneoff the wall, minor investment that would pay off bigtime! Keep farming! KUDOS!
Your man is so great can’t hug but you jojo blessed a very happy new year respect you both thanks for a rememberable 2024
The depth bands are supposed to be for floating row cleaners to limit keep them from digging in.
Use tape from ends of bar to hitch to find if bar is centered...use transit to make bar perpendicular to axial.
You need wheel jacks, you put them underneath the wheels 💕and push your huge pieces of steel into place, they are made for cars, push them where ever😀💕Hope it helps
@On-TeIe-graM_YTubeJojo_Snow hi jojo
Diggin your old school duck camo dude
Use the fork lift to lift with chain hoist for fine adjust
All your 'mousers' look so healthy!
You should try an engine hoist to maneuver the row units
Happy New Year.
place them all with the most correct spacing possible, then with the help of the forklift make the necessary inclinations adjustments. thats how I 'd do it.
You should get a portable engine hoist on wheels! Be perfect for that job!
Cut a block of wood to the correct size of the spacing and use each time you fit another one. Every one will be spaced exactly the same.
Happy new year and have a great 2025
The company that made the unit probably used a jig so everything is centered and aligned.
Thanks
Geeez Louise. What a task!
Great video JoJo and Zach
Starship "Nothing going to stop using now".

Thanks for the video. Good luck, and I hope you and your crew had a great Christmas too. 👍
Looks good just takes time mabey Lazer to find center to hitch 👍
