This is really helpful content! Thanks Brenden

It’s interesting how much more quiet and stable your swing looks when adding those torque and vertical force elements.

I think the plane of your swing will dictate a lot of what you do to the ground forces rather than vice versa. If with your irons you want to come down steeper you will push down more than rotating. With driver you may want a shallower swing so you will rotate harder to make the swing more horizontal and shallower

I was wondering if you could do a video where you in depth about the different ground forces? The part I’m struggling with, is the different ways the forces affect your swing.

Dr kwon has couple of videos on his channel. They're good imo

Also, if you go back far enough in the video library he did a few videos with Dr. Lynn in his garage where they go a little more in detail about the ground forces and how to identify your strongest one(s).

    Great video!

Would the player need to match up his delivery to the power source he is using? As in a horizontal force could promote a push and the player need to compensate for this?

Improving on the kinetic/kinematic variables that increase clubhead speed (CHS) do not necessarily correlate to 'Carry Distance' (CD) . So if I was using 'Goldilocks' I would try and get the best mix of CHS and CD without strain. One question I would ask of Dr Scott Lynn is the resistance band exercise to increase torque might also cause an early right hip spinout action which might block your arm swing.

Paralysis by Analysis…..on steroids. That’s why you suck. Try thinking for yourself just once.

Could you do a session with Scott Lynn on the three motions versus accuracy? Power is essential but so is accuracy. Doesn’t relatively too much rotation or torque motion with too little horizontal or vertical motion promote an over the the top or out to in swing path? Doesn’t too much horizontal or vertical motion and not enough rotational motion promote an in to out swing path? Of course, one’s grip and arm/wrist motions influence accuracy greatly but so does getting the right mixture of rotation, horizontal, and vertical motion. Perhaps you and Scott could elaborate on these interactive accuracy relationships.

What do you think of the salted souls as a cheap version for pressure movement

I have them. Not bad. Shows the pressure trace, just not the amount of pressure. Helpful for sure if u know what to look for.

I am approaching 70 years old. As one ages, should one expect to be less rotational and more horizontal?

Love this Amigo! But there is a HUGE concept missing, with all due respect to the Dr.

Can you guys pleaseEeeeeeeee have two cameras going at the same time showing the front view? The view that the coach has standing in front of you. While you hit your ball.

Not many will. Only the players who suffer from stuck position will work on it. So like 5% of the player base. From my coaching experience the better the player the more they get stuck at earlier stages due to increased load of momentum.

@@ToraxReborn “…the better the player the more they get stuck at earlier stages due to increased load of momentum.” Due to increased load of momentum……please tell me you don’t actually charge people money for golf lessons…..please. Complete idiots on parade.

I got an honest question… Isn’t there a nagging feeling that it’s gotta be easier? That shouldn’t have to be this complicated.? If there isn’t don’t respond.

    • @lookmil107
      @lookmil107 ปีที่แล้ว

You are 100% correct. First learn ACCELERATION then everything else will rapidly develop including ball striking. This video is complete nonsense and will obviously never ever help one single golfer to improve. Think: Bullshit Personified….
