Farsow, this sauce looks delicious. Can I ask how you had stored the sweet basil? I heard you say that you dehydrated it. Had you previously frozen fresh leaves of basil? I am curious because I have a basil plant in my garden and I want to keep some of the fresh leaves to use in dishes beyond this summer. Thank you!

Thanks for your support. I stored the fresh basil leaves in the freezer, and it can last a couple of months, but the cons of that is that it can possibly lose its natural green colour. The basil leaves can also be dehydrated, and store them in an airtight container.
