Actually no need to wait upto whistle coming bcoz it will coz milk spillage, just directly sim to low flame within 5 mins wen u understand the cooker is pressured with gas without waiting for whistle & cook in low flame for 1 hr. Also, its better if the milk bcoms thick & light brown👍
