When I ask one person something, I get a completely different answer from another one. It's hilarious because apparently they have a lot of meetings but nothing is being solved. Pile one its a new school and I loved my job as a teacher however the women cattiness the drama and yes our bosses all sit in the office laughing and not wokring hard. Us teachers are left dealing with every problem. Discipline the kids, conference with patents, grading, lesson planning, dealing with so much with no support from administration. Meetings are waste of time! Nothing is resolved or accomplished afterwards. They dont handle problems at work well theres no conflict resolution or organization. They throw you in the classroom with uncontrollable kids competitive or lazy coworkers who aleays complain and negative, and they pay so little! Stingy payroll.
