Pile 1, i have been keeping to myself cuz i am learning to meet people at their energy. My coworkers are all at least a decade older than me and maybe thats why they dont seem interested to be friends, so im just letting them be. I would like to grow closer but its never the right timing, and as i said im done chasing people who are not interested.

I’m definitely over qualified for the work that I do and it’s refreshing to hear that my co-workers like me when I don’t feel like they do lol 😂 other than that, I’m one that wears my energy and expressions on my and it’s crazy how they can pick up that I’m not satisfied with the work that I do when I can do much more and yes if I quit it wouldn’t help the project as it will trickle people out of their current job to fulfill my spot, but at the same time is also work that they wouldn’t want to do either. Group 2 thank you I’ve been having problems with a shift lead at work who stays in the back a lot. On my first day they threw me on the floor with a line of customers, thjs shift lead was in the back and I was alone basically😭 I also feel overworked and underpaid, but the negative energy there is bringing me down. Pile 2- yes this is exactly how I’m feeling rn bc my work is draining me. I don’t get the recognition that I deserve absolutely. And I’m trying not to be salty about it and see the positive but it’s really difficult. But I’m still trying and keeping my head up and looking for other positions. I understand I’m perceived as quiet, I started a job where all my coworkers have known each other for a long time, it’s exhausting and feels like I have to overextend myself for them to be interested in me. I don’t really see it as only my job to make friends with them. Secondly I’m struggling with depressive emotions right now so I don’t really have the extra energy to give away . But yeah, if they can have some patience with me maybe eventually we’ll click.

this is wild. pile 2 here. my 2 previous jobs put me up at managerial positions within like...two months of working there. I also worked in my college admission's office. so now I'm currently at this food service job and tbh I feel it lol. but I'm thinking of staying for the college benefits. tbh I act humble and down to earth and I don't really mind not being promoted because it is a different level of commitment than my previous two employers.

Omg, I so agree! My tutor takes any chance to decredit what I do, so I have no chance at building my team around projects due to his involvement and discredibility. I allow him to do what he does and cover my areas within all the projects. He relies on gossiping and sweet talking to control the environment but I rely on work ethics and honesty to bridge great relationships. So I decided to remove myself from the environment and apply my methods accordingly. The tutor has informed the team that I am trying to be a CEO within my work projects.

pile 2: i work for my parents, and it’s as dysfunctional as it sounds. my coworkers are my mom’s friends, so communication and work delegation isn’t aways clear. i do have that uppity vibe. one foot out the door vibes. i will finish this cycle strong, so i can properly appreciate the next. thank you for the reminder

Hi! I happened to choose deck 3 and its 100% on point! I know that they view me that way because my boss told me so. Except for the sense of mystery and gap. Coz i think its a given since im just a month old. And ALL of them are introverts and im 98% extrovert. :/
The sense of being stuck might have surfaced during our catchup when she said, after all the praises, that I could consider slowing down a bit because others might have a hard time keeping up. :/ personally i have a hard time slowing down. I always feel like I need to work things out. Solve as many problems as they come, which I actually can do. But at the same time, my boss said that if I keep up the great work I could start a change not just in our dept but the entire global company.
From my POV, I could see some self-limiting beliefs and limiting organizational structures that keeps everyone unable to explore or innovate…like being “stuck” in the way they’ve been doing things…
Don’t let them or anyone slow you down 🔥 Learn from them, but let them learn from you too 😉

Pile 1 --- If I don't like the vibe, then I retreat. Also, it makes me nervous when people do want to know me and do approach me just because of past experiences. People that show too much interest or exclude me naturally are toxic imo. Also, if people wanna be friends and whatnot, then they can make that move. I don't chase people who aren't interested. 2- yeah my coworkers are cool and I like them..most of them. The ones that aren’t bullies 🥺 I do want to get a higher paying job when I can! I will give notice before I go bc we are short staffed and stressed working with kids but when it’s my time to go it’s my time! On my side, ive been sabatoged to the max, and in turn also sabatoge myself. This is how i feel, i was thrown into homelessness with promises of help, in mid winter had to sleep in the stinkiest house and survive and not know what was expected, ive had to walk with shoes that didnt fit miles to a job interview and now work for 8 months for an apartment furniture and some clothes and im still tryinv to get a car, i literally have to beg for rides drive a scooter in winter and try to make serious big changes and leave life long addictions and during ALL this time get bullied and abused, soi couldnt build momentum to stay consistent. Trust me you couldnt have done what ive done. Im going to school and doing courses. I have no commjnication for collaboration. Most people need support to change. Ive had abuse and major life obstacles. A person gets real tired of trying to keep trying when they keep pushing you down. They arent working as a team. Team players dont push u down. Thats why im stagnant. I cant communicate with them. Now im cut off from that too.
Just look at how very very strong you have been and are! Look how far you’ve come! Is everything perfect? Sadly, not yet. But you’re getting there. Go easier on yourself. You’re doing an amazing job!! Don’t let a reading, a person, a job or even your own thoughts convince you otherwise! 💗

number2 the job is not the problem it’s the people the coworkers that are so negative. It drains you takes a toll on you. It just makes you feel horrible by the end of the day!i i come in happy ready to start work. There’s this one person she’s been there for almost 15 years she is so negative, I hate it! I pray to God that he helps you find a better job that’s gonna make her life and her happy she’s so miserable everyone who works there just dreads are coming in!
Also, the people who work there are older like in their 50s 60s 70s so makes it a little bit boring im 44 and I like to work in a fun environment where I work is not fun! And plus the lady that has been there 15 years she’s rude and angry and lazy. Nobody tells her anything she walks in late all the time she’s watching movies on the computer and she’s always on the phone and no one says anything.
